Climate change is a continuous change in climate that occurs over time and is generally observed through measurements of temperature and precipitation over a period of time. The dramatic changes in global climate in recent years have led to the frequent occurrence of some extreme natural disasters, and therefore, the situation of addressing global climate change and global climate governance has become more and more urgent.Climate change is a multi-level problem existing in different places, countries and even globally;it involves international political, economic, cultural and environmental fields, and is a comprehensive issue;it is intervened by human factors, moreover,it needs human beings to govern, and involves people's survival and development, which is highly humanistic. The thesis is divided into four chapters, chapter 1 gives an overall overview of the proposal of global climate governance;chapter 2 lists the important international treaties on climate change that currently exist;chapter 3 describes the current dilemmas encountered by global climate governance, including the contradictions among the subjects participating in climate governance, the practical difficulties in compliance, and the imperfection of the dispute resolution system for climate governance;chapter 4 is to address the dilemmas of global climate governance by proposing ways to cope with them and optimize them.Even if the serious consequences of climate warming will occur in a hundred or even hundreds of years, and even if the existing human beings will not experience the devastating situation eventually formed by climate change, human beings all over the world should work together to manage the climate for the survival of human civilization and for the sake of the gospel of future generations.
