Diversity Analysis Of Insect Community In Different Vegetation Areas Of Baotou Botanical Garden

Insect community diversity is the foundation and core of insect ecology.Understanding the population structure of insect community,the internal mechanism of mutual restriction and interrelation and the succession law of insect community can provide the basis for insect ecological regulation.Through field collection,specimen identification and data analysis,the insect community diversity of different vegetation areas in Baotou Botanical Garden,namely,micro garden area,nursery forest area,shrub area and ground cover area,were analyzed.The main results are as follows:1.A total of 11052 insects were obtained,belonging to 9 orders,55 families and 110 species.There were 31 species in Hemiptera14 family,36 species in Lepidoptera17 family,28 species in Coleoptera10 family,and 41 families in 3 orders,accounting for 74.54% of the surveyed insect families.95 species,accounting for 86.36%;The number of insects was 9999,accounting for 90.47%.The dominant families were Aphididae and Psyllidae.2.In the botanical garden,there were 96 species,47 families and 7 orders in the insect community,and 3882 insects were collected.There were 82 species,41 families and6 orders in the insect community of nursery forest,and 4811 insects were collected.There were 23 species,7 orders,20 families,and 1626 insect species in the shrub community.There were 15 species,12 families and 5 orders in the insect community in the ground cover area.733 insects were collected.3.The richness index of insect community in different vegetation areas of botanical garden was in the order of micro recreation area > nursery forest area > shrub area >ground cover area.In the survey period,the maximum richness index value of insect community in different vegetation areas was 0.76 in early June.The minimum value of insect community in ground cover was 0.01 in late April.The species richness index values of insect communities in different vegetation areas showed a trend of increasing in the early period,fluctuating in the middle period,and decreasing in the late period.4.The order of insect community diversity index and evenness index in each vegetation area from large to small was micro garden area > nursery forest area > shrub area > ground cover area.The variation trend of insect diversity index was similar to that of species richness index in different survey periods.
