With economic and social development and scientific and technological innovation,surveying and mapping technologies such as satellite remote sensing,unmanned aerial photography,and mobile surveying have been deeply integrated with emerging technologies such as the Internet of Things,cloud computing,and big data.New surveying and mapping technologies such as laser point clouds,live 3D,and enhanced positioning have developed rapidly.Traditional surveying and mapping businesses such as basic surveying and mapping,and data warehouse building are increasingly shrinking,and competition among enterprises in the industry is becoming increasingly fierce.More and more surveying and mapping geographic information enterprises recognize that talent resources are important resources for enterprises to gain advantages in competition.How to optimize talent cultivation and actively respond to various types of new businesses that are constantly updated in the industry through the sustainable development of talent has also received increasing attention from enterprises.This study takes A Surveying and Mapping Geographic Information Enterprise as the research object,takes the in-depth development of the surveying and mapping geographic information industry as the background,and based on training related theories,introduces the overview of A Surveying and Mapping Geographic Information Enterprise and employee training.Through questionnaire surveys and interviews,it investigates the opinions of employees on the enterprise’s training work and related factors,and analyzes the existing problems in the enterprise’s employee training,such as lack of attention by the enterprise,deviation of training planning from enterprise development and employee development problems such as inconsistency between training needs analysis and employee needs,unscientific training plan formulation,unreasonable training implementation,single training effectiveness evaluation method,and lack of training achievement transformation mechanism are analyzed,and the reasons are concluded such as insufficient attention paid by management,insufficient training needs analysis,lack of training system planning,and unreasonable training effectiveness evaluation.Using training related theories,propose targeted optimization measures for employee training,including increasing management attention,strengthening training demand analysis,formulating systematic training plans,implementing training effectiveness evaluation,and constructing a training achievement transformation mechanism,and supporting organizations,systems,resources,and other aspects of protection,to comprehensively and systematically strengthen the training and cultivation of talents in A Surveying and Mapping Geographic Information Enterprise.Finally,the optimization measures for employee training in the enterprise have been preliminarily verified to effectively improve the enthusiasm and enthusiasm of employees to participate in training,effectively solving the issue of employee training to a certain extent,and providing protection for the continuous development of employee capabilities in the enterprise.Through the research on the optimization of employee training in A Surveying and Mapping Geographic Information Enterprise,the following conclusions are reached in this article: Firstly,improving the management’s attention to employee training is the key to the development of training work.Secondly,employee training should be tailored to the actual needs of employees.Thirdly,a scientific and feasible training plan is conducive to the smooth implementation of employee training.Finally,attention should be paid to the evaluation of training effectiveness and the transformation of training results.In the past,research on employee training in surveying and mapping geographic information enterprises has mostly focused on the regular training level.This study,combined with training theory,deeply analyzed employee training in A Surveying and Mapping Geographic Information Enterprise,and proposed measures to optimize employee training,enriching relevant research on employee training in surveying and mapping geographic information enterprises,while also providing reference for other similar enterprises to optimize employee training.
