Research On The Service Problems And Countermeasures Of Surveying And Mapping Geographic Information Results In H Province

Nowadays,with the rapid development of society,economy and science and technology,surveying and mapping geographic information has penetrated into all aspects of society and is still developing and growing,and relevant services have also been developed.Therefore,all industries have put forward higher requirements for the service of surveying and mapping geographic information results,but related services still have problems such as unclear development direction,absence of project management,imperfect system and insufficient talent and technology.Therefore,in the process of surveying and mapping achievements of geographic information services need to constantly improve results service system,rich resources,innovative service ability,and improve the mechanism of secrecy,enhance the management ability of archives,and so on,in the continuous deepening of surveying and mapping geographic information results in the process of looking for quality of service,promote the surveying and mapping achievements of geographic information services gradually standardized and scientific,Adapt to the needs of the new era.In the research process,through the interpretation of relevant concepts and theories,the literature analysis method,questionnaire survey method and interview method are used to systematically analyze the status quo of surveying and mapping geographic information achievement services in H Province.It is concluded that exist in the H province,surveying and mapping achievements of geographic information service of the five key issues: First,the supply of surveying and mapping geographic information is insufficient.Second,the confidentiality supervision mechanism of achievement service is not sound enough.Third,the innovation ability of result service is not strong.Fourth,the guarantee factors of results-based management need to be strengthened.Fifth,the supporting role of public service management needs to be strengthened.It also analyzes the causes of the problems,and summarizes four reasons: First,there is no incentive mechanism for achievement exchange.Second,the regulatory means of result services are not diversified enough.Third,the management mode of surveying and mapping geographic information service has not changed.Fourth,the lack of comprehensive service management talents.The countermeasures of surveying and mapping geographic information achievement service from four aspects are given.First,the achievement service adapts to the demand of the new era actively.Second,to establish a sound guarantee mechanism for results service.Third,we will strengthen our capacity to provide results-based services.Fourth,to strengthen the essential guarantee of results-based services.The research can improve the service level and ability of surveying and mapping geographic information results service,better support economic and social development,service industry demand,support natural resources management,service ecological civilization construction,and constantly improve the work ability of surveying and mapping geographic information.
