With the acceleration of global economic integration,China's communication industry will also face unprecedented competition pressure.In order to improve the core competitiveness of enterprises,it is necessary for communication enterprises to improve their human resources level.As a large-scale service industry,the new employees in the communication industry are all responsible for the front-line work of the enterprise.While the front-line staff carry out the service work,their individual ability level directly affects the evaluation of the service level of the enterprise by users.In addition,the performance of the new employees during the working period not only represents the individual,but also conveys the corporate culture,image and With the growth of employees,these employees will become the backbone of communication enterprises in the near future.In this regard,targeted training for new employees can not only effectively improve the ability level of employees,but also the key to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.In addition,with the upgrading and transformation of enterprise management concept,more and more human resources in enterprises have changed from the original fixed position recruitment to the development of staff post competency.In this way,the potential of employees can be brought into full play,and the competitiveness of enterprises can be improved on the basis of improving personal level.This paper first describes the research background and significance,and then summarizes the research methods and routes combined with the related research of competency theory and model at home and abroad.Secondly,based on the review of the relevant theoretical research on competency at home and abroad and the basic theory of competency,this paper defines the competency category of this study,and provides theoretical support for the following research.Based on the above research content of the construction of competency model,taking communication enterprise a company as an example,through case analysis,investigation method and so on,this paper analyzes the current situation of new employees in communication company a,and obtains the specific situation of new employees in communication enterprise.In the following writing process,through the classification analysis method of the employment situation of new employees in a company of communication enterprise,this paper analyzes the new employees from various aspects,and verifies the competency model through relevant analysis.Based on the above analysis,the application of competency model combined with the data analysis results of communication enterprise a company puts forward the corresponding new employee training strategy.Through the research and analysis of this paper,the following conclusions are drawn: first,in the training of new employees,enterprises need to combine business strategy and training content,and then develop a more suitable training process for new employees,and better implement the training program for new employees;secondly,the training of employees needs to be carried out continuously,and still needs to be done in the process Finally,the scope of application of the training results of new employees still has an expanded scope and role,and the training results can be linked with the salary,performance and post promotion of employees,so as to play a more important role.
