With the development of society and the emergence of new demands of economic development,the defects of the traditional human resource management model become more obvious,which cannot meet the development needs of organizations in the new era.In addition,with the change of social development needs,human resources have gradually become the most critical and core development issue for organizations.For organizations,how to retain,employ and select personnel is an issue that must be considered in the process of development.Human resource training is a very important link and component in human resource management,and human resource model determines the actual effect of training to a great extent.Especially for the surveying and mapping department,under the new situation,how to improve the training effect of the surveying and mapping department’s human resources training mode is the key to change the existing problems of human resources management.Therefore,only by changing the original training mode,exploring effective and innovative training mode of human resources on this basis,and constantly improving the training mode,can human resources maximize their ability to create social value.Through the investigation of the current situation of the First Surveying and Mapping Institute in Guizhou Province,this study analyzes and clarifies the current situation of the human resources of the First Surveying and Mapping Institute in Guizhou Province,such as its position structure and the educational background structure of the staff,etc,and further analyzes the shortcomings of the human resources training mode of the First Surveying and Mapping Institute in Guizhou Province on that basis.Starting with the problems found and actual situation,this paper try to find the solutions of relevant surveying and mapping departments in Guizhou Province.This paper takes the methods to find a suitable and correct talent selection mechanism as a major concern,then summarizes the human resources training improvement mode that fits the actual development needs of Guizhou First Surveying and Mapping Institute on the basis of causes analysis,hoping to provide some reference for the construction of the training mode of relevant surveying and mapping departments and similar units in Guizhou Province.By building a perfect human resource training mode and system,not only can solve the kinds of mere formality problems of traditional training model,but also can establish a scientific and perfect training system on the premise of clear training needs to promote the transformation of human resource training effect,ensure the maximum play of human resource training effect,and ultimately promote the rapid development of the organization. |
