Abstract/Summary:
With the rapid development of living demand and technology,the problems of low ventilation efficiency and unreasonable ventilation paths in old residential buildings have gradually emerged.Ventilation conditions in old residential areas urgently need a set of optimization strategies to respond to the call of various aspects.Although governments at all levels across the country have actively promulgated policies to renovate old residential areas,there are very few improvements to the indoor wind environment,and the quality of wind environment has a great impact on building energy consumption and the prevention and control of respiratory infectious diseases.Therefore,how to optimize the indoor wind environment of old residential buildings under the premise of maximizing economic benefits is an urgent problem to be solved.First of all,this thesis selects old residential buildings in Xuzhou for indoor wind environment simulation and optimization strategy study,and classifies apartment types in Xuzhou from the perspective of architecture.For different apartment types,the CFD software PHOENICS is used to simulate the wind environment of the selected typical apartment types of old residential buildings in Xuzhou.According to the simulation results,the indoor wind environment problems of old residential buildings are analyzed,and the corresponding indoor wind environment optimization strategies of old residential buildings are studied.Secondly,from the aspects of policy,theory and reality,the necessity of indoor wind environment optimization in old residential buildings is sought.Through the integration of standards and norms,an evaluation system that can be referred to in the optimization of indoor wind environment in old residential buildings is established.The indoor wind environment is evaluated from the three specific parameters of front and rear elevation wind pressure difference,wind speed and air age,as well as whether the indoor ventilation path is reasonable.The present situation of climate and wind environment in Xuzhou city is analyzed,and the layout of old residential areas is classified and sorted out.The design and development of housing type in Xuzhou City is preliminarily summarized,and the typical residential area and housing type are selected as the research object.The dominant wind direction and average wind speed of the four seasons in Xuzhou were used to simulate the residential area,and the wind pressure values of the front and rear facades of the residential buildings were obtained.The indoor wind environment of typical residential buildings was simulated by using the data obtained.The indoor wind environment problems of typical residential buildings were summarized by analyzing the simulation results,and the optimization objectives were determined for different problems.Summarize the wind environment optimization strategy and optimize the wind environment from the outside and inside of the building to verify the feasibility of the optimization strategy.Finally,four typical apartment types were optimized according to the optimization strategy,and the indoor wind environment after optimization was simulated again,comparing the wind speed,ventilation path,air age and other data before and after optimization,to verify the effectiveness of the optimization design on the improvement of indoor wind environment quality.According to the research results,the strategies and optimization methods that can be used in indoor wind environment optimization of existing old residential buildings are summarized,and a set of rapid and referential optimization process is provided for such problems.
