The wind environment in residential area directly affects people's living comfort,safety and health.The rationality of residential area planning,residential area construction plays the role of wind ventilation in summer in winter.The regional wind speed control in a reasonable range,not only improve the living comfort,but also can save resources,reduce energy consumption,and has great significance for the sustainable development of the construction industry.The emergence of high-rise buildings makes a great change in the form of modern architecture.It is important to realize its impact on the surrounding building environment.Due to the larger size of high-rise buildings,the disturbance and obstruction of the wind is greater.So the reasonable layout of high-rise buildings in the residential area is very important.This paper from the evaluation of high-rise buildings around single wind environment and stage wind environment standard of the residential area in 2017.81 at this stage in the first half of the year,Tianjin area according to the construction of highrise building distribution and shape analysis.As the focus on the layout of high-rise buildings and the effects of altitude,the statistical sample according to the different location in high-rise building construction in residential area is divided into 4 type combined with standard 3 is selected for building height;secondly,the diversity of residential low layer building layout,we selected a high-rise building on the North side of the layout,considering 4 different combinations of low rise buildings.The numerical simulation of FLUENT software was used to obtain the wind speed,wind speed ratio distribution and the maximum wind speed curve of typical measurement points at the height of human body(1.5m height)in residential area.By comparing the living area,the maximum wind speed and maximum wind speed than the typical regional variation curve of wind speed that high-rise building adjacent street area of the wind velocity increased,the windward corner wind speed increases phenomenon is obvious;the layout of high-rise buildings have an important influence on the wind field distribution,has little effect on the residential area and the maximum wind speed,the height of high-rise building on the contrary.Finally,the optimal highrise distribution is given under different height ratios of the boundary conditions.As a result,the wind speed in the residential area increased slightly,and the wind speed in the surrounding area increased obviously.The change of low building height has little influence on the wind speed in the windward side and leeward side of the residential area.The variation of the building height difference has the greatest influence on the wind speed,but when the residential buildings are stepped over distribution.The wind speed in the interior area is significantly improved.
