As a typical form of teaching layout,the enclosed teaching building has the fol lowing advantages:in terms of land use index,it can effectively increase the plot ratio and improve the efficiency of land use;in terms of spatial characteristics,it can form an inward-looking courtyard with a pleasant environment,providing a comfortable place for public activities for teachers and students;in terms of physical properties,it is conducive to ventilation and light,forming a relatively stable outdoor microclimate at the courtyard and ensuring the public activities in the courtyard The ph ysical performance of the courtyard is conducive to ventilation and lighting,creating a relatively stable outdoor microclimate and ensuring the comfort of public activities in the courtyard.From the perspective of enhancing the courtyard wind environment,this study investigates the relationship between the parameters involved in the plan enclosure form and building form of the enclosed teaching building and the courtyard wind environment,and proposes corresponding design suggestions for the design of the enclosed teaching building form based on the results of the analysis of the courtyard wind environment.This paper is divided into five parts.The first part briefly introduces the backg round,purpose and significance of the topic,reviews the current state of research,and defines the content and framework of the research.The second part clarifies the principles of natural ventilation and summarizes the passive ventilation technology,supplemented by the analysis of typical teaching building cases;then analyses the wind environment in Wuhan,proposes the evaluation criteria of the wind environment in Wuhan,clarifies the factors influencing the wind environment and the indicators of the layout form of university enclosed buildings,and provides theoretical guidance for the subsequent research.The third part investigates the current situation of the scale and layout of enclosed teaching buildings from four aspects: courtyard space form,scale of enclosed teaching buildings,characteristics of ground floor overhead space,plane enclosure form and building form type,and determines the ideal research model scale and typical enclosure form,which provides a realistic basis for the subsequent research.The fourth part,typical enclosed teaching buildings are selected and measured,and Airpak 3.0 software is used to simulate and compare them to verify the feasibility of Airpak 3.0 software.The outdoor wind environment of the enclosed teaching building with and without overhead is investigated on the basis of the existing model,and it is concluded that the wind environment of the courtyard with "overhead" is significantly better than that of "without overhead".The wind environment in the courtyard with "overhead" is significantly better than the outdoor wind environment without "overhead".The fifrth part uses the control variable method to simulate the working conditions of the five influencing factors,and correlates the simulation results with three wind environment evaluation indexes,namely the average wind speed,static wind area ratio and comfortable wind area ratio of the courtyard,to obtain preliminary quantitative research results and form a set of green design mechanisms for the optimization of the enclosed building form.
