Abstract/Summary:
With the intensification of global warming and the increasing shortage of energy,the transformation and upgrading of the automobile industry has become inevitable.New energy vehicles have become an important way to alleviate climate deterioration and energy pressure due to their environmental protection,energy conservation and other characteristics.As the world’s largest producer and seller of new energy vehicles,China is about to usher in a wave of power battery retirement.If a large number of retired power batteries cannot be properly handled,it will undoubtedly bring a huge economic burden to social development and increase the cost of environmental optimization.Therefore,how to deal with the retired power battery correctly and effectively has become a major problem in the recycling field.In view of the problem that the sales volume of new energy vehicles has increased sharply but the comprehensive utilization rate of waste power batteries is low,this paper has consulted a large number of documents,collected a large number of real data from enterprises,and understood the development process and research status of power battery recycling at home and abroad.The purpose is to understand the shortage of power battery recycling in China and the development trend of the industry.To address the issue above,an evolutionary game model was established between retired power battery recycling enterprises and battery provider.Dynamic evolution and mutual correlation of trading decisions between both the two aspects were analyzed from echelon using differentiation and comprehensive using process from the perspective of finiteness.The evolution of enterprise from disassembly and use to echelon using was also discussed.As indicated by the results,enterprises and providers are impacted by multiple factors while making decisions;probability of waste batteries remanufacturing will increase along with the improvement of echelon using rate after moderate use.Moreover,government was included in model as an entity.The influence of different parameters on evolution direction of model was verified by combining interaction process of 3 entities from the aspect of government-enterprise-provider integration with further simulation analysis.Results show that government regulation can assist 3entities evolving toward positive direction and guide enterprise to enhance echelon using by adjusting amount of subsidies and taxes.Taking China Iron Tower Corporation and Sichuan Xinlixiang Corporation as examples,the total annual system input cost of new and old lithium batteries for base station energy storage is compared,and the profits generated from the cascade utilization and resource utilization of power batteries are roughly estimated.The results show that the cascade utilization and resource utilization of power batteries will generate huge economic profits.The positive effect of recycling behavior on China’s economic development is verified,which proves that the research in this paper has social significance.Finally,based on the previous research results,suggestions on the recycling of waste power lithium batteries are proposed,hoping that the research results can provide decision-making reference for operators and governments in the recycling industry chain of retired power batteries.
