Research On Improvement Of Fixed Assets Management Of H City Meteorological Bureau

The fixed assets are the essential material guarantee for meteorological departments to fulfill their departmental responsibilities.How to improve the management efficiency of fixed assets and give full play to the efficiency of fixed assets is particularly critical.This article focuses on meteorological department fixed assets management,focus on the fixed assets management of H city bureau of meteorology,combing the current unit of fixed asset management present situation,from the budget,the purchase of new,use daily maintenance,inventory,disposal of five main links look at H city bureau of meteorology fixed assets management of the status quo,The problems found in each process are mainly as follows: the budget management of fixed assets is not extensive and meticulous,the purchase management of fixed assets lacks strict process control,the use management of fixed assets is not paid attention to at will,the execution effect of the inventory management of fixed assets is not good,and the disposal management of fixed assets is not mature and perfect.The reasons behind the problems are analyzed from four aspects: process design of each link,relevant system construction,personnel organization structure and informatization degree.In H city bureau of meteorology fixed assets management problems and their reasons of the existence of all aspects of the optimization idea,design and puts forward the specific administration of process optimization improvement scheme,specific include: the detailed budget management process,standardize management of the purchase process,constraints,using the management processes,strengthen the inventory management process,improve the disposal of the management process.And put forward the corresponding supporting measures,including: clear management structure and responsibility,improve the fixed assets management system,strengthen the construction of talent team and consciousness publicity,strengthen the construction of fixed assets management information.Based on the research and analysis of the fixed assets management of H Meteorological Bureau,this paper provides suggestions for the perfection and improvement of the fixed assets management of H Meteorological Bureau,in order to help improve the level and efficiency of its fixed assets management,and provide reference and inspiration for the fixed assets management of other meteorological departments in China.
