In 2021,the development of public institutions in China had started a new chapter.In this year,we met the historic moment of the founding of the Communist Party of China.In order to carry out the next Centennial plan better,make the management of China’s public institutions stronger,improve the work efficiency of public institutions and reduce the operation risk of public institutions has become a new important point.As an important unit of social services,the Meteorological Bureau has a inextricably linked to social stability.With the development of society,meteorological work is playing an more and more important role in agriculture,industry and social stability.In recent years,under the environment of global warming,extreme climate events have increased significantly.In order to enhance the accuracy and timeliness of weather data monitoring,it is necessary to make plan in advance.Most of businesses of the Meteorological Bureau needs the support from fixed assets.And strengthen the risk management of fixed assets can improve the accuracy and timeliness of prediction effectively.This paper selects CD Meteorological Bureau as a case,starts with the risk management of fixed assets of CD Meteorological Bureau.The paper analyzes the problems existing in the risk management of fixed assets of CD Meteorological Bureau and improves the risk management level of fixed assets of CD Meteorological Bureau.Combining theory with application research and use the research method of actual investigation.Based on internal control theory and risk management theory,this paper analyzes the current situation of risk management of fixed assets in the construction and combs the risk points of CD Meteorological Bureau.So that CD Meteorological Bureau can deal with the risks in the process of fixed assets from procurement to disposa better.This paper start with each link of fixed assets management.Such as find risks,evaluate risks and deal with risks.By standardizing the management process of each link of fixed assets,we can improve the risk management ability of fixed assets of CD Meteorological Bureau and develop the use efficiency of fixed assets.To make the fixed assets management of CD Meteorological Bureau more scientific and effective.And design relatively effective business processes to reduce the occurrence of risks,so as to reduce the risks in the operation process of public institutions and strengthen the management of public institutions.
