Research On Optimization Of T Group Parent-subsidiary Corporation Management System

China is the most active,resilient and potential major economy in the world in recent years.Large enterprise groups play an important role in the development of national economy and industry,and are the main force of market economy construction.Establish and improve the group management and control system that is suitable for the strategic development stage,which is conducive to promoting the healthy,sustainable and high-quality development of enterprise groups and contributing to the realization of Chinese path to modernization.In recent years,the theoretical research on group parent subsidiary management and control has become more and more abundant in China.Studying the problems of group parent subsidiary management and control exposed in the rapid development process of T Group and finding solutions and optimization schemes have important reference significance for verifying the relevant theories of enterprise group management and optimizing the management and control model from research and practice cases.T Group is an enterprise group focusing on lithium industry developed in China’s subdivided fields.T Group has 29 shareholding holding companies,including 15 100% direct/indirect wholly-owned subsidiaries/sub subsidiaries,with industrial layout in Asia,Oceania and South America.Based on literature review,field investigation and case studies,this thesis analyzes the development status and management system status of T Group,points out the existing problems of T Group’s management and control system,analyzes the causes of the problems,the functional positioning of the group headquarters involved in the next step of management and control system optimization,the selection of the group’s management and control mode,and the management and control mechanism supporting the optimization of the group’s management and control.This study conducted a more systematic study on the management and control of T Group,hoping to provide some reference and reference for the optimization of the management and control system of cross regional,cross cultural and cross industry enterprise groups with good development opportunities.
