With the continuous progress of remote sensing technology,more and more remote sensing image products are widely used in various fields,such as geographical conditions monitoring,public security,transportation planning and design,urban planning and construction.However,in order to obtain high-precision remote sensing image data,image control points must be used for image correction.At the same time,people have accumulated more and more image control point data in the process of producing remote sensing image products.How to efficiently manage these image control point data to improve the reuse rate of image control point data,avoid waste of resources,and speed up the process of social sharing of image control point has become an urgent problem that needs to be solved.Based on the in-depth study of the characteristics of image control point data,this paper starts from the perspective of map management,designs and develops an image control point database management system based on database technology and GIS technology,aiming to solve the problem of inefficient management of image control points.The main work done of the paper as follows:(1)Researching the related technologies involved in the development of the image control point database management system.First of all,the paper compares and analyzes four commonly used database management systems,and then combining the characteristics of image control point data management to determine the use of SQL Server for data management;Secondly,using the template technology to customize the various visualization forms and database table structure of the image control point.Finally,an improved dynamic memory management method is applied to improve the efficiency of data access.(2)Analyzing the demand of the system construction based on the actual needs of image control point data management and the demand of users,and then designing the image control point database management system in detail,including the overall architecture design and functional module design of the system.Analyzing the data classification and characteristics of the system,and then researching the standardized processing method of data,finally completing the database design based on the above.(3)On the basis of the above research,based on the relational database and Mapstore platform,using C++ as the development language of the system,completing the development of the image control point database management system.The functions of the system mainly include information management of the system,the input of data,the management of image control point,the query and analyze of image control point,the basic functions of GIS,the output of data,etc.Finally,designing test cases,and testing the function and performance of the system use the method of Black-Box testing.The paper combines database technology and GIS technology to design and implement an image control point database management system,which realizes the integration of graph and attribute management of image control point data,and realizes a variety of ways of visual query about image control point.Provides a more convenient method for the storage,management,query and retrieval of image control point data.The system can improve the real-time and rapid processing capabilities of remote sensing image data,which has important practical significance to provide basic data support for the national emergency surveying and mapping support system.
