The inland river basin of northwest,drought and water shortage,ecological environment is fragile,the intervention of human activity strength,water contradiction,groundwater is becoming more and more serious.Therefore,the establishment of the index of total quantity control of groundwater exploitation can effectively curb the trend of groundwater overdraft in northwest inland basin,it has important practical significance for the regional economy sustainable development and sustainable utilization of groundwater resources in the northwest inland region.The specific research contents are as follows:Research progress at home and abroad1.This paper analyzed the progress of groundwater management of northwest inland basin from the case study and the management of the policy legislation,and combed the determination method of ecological water demand and groundwater ecological water demand at home and abroad,which provided the technical method and basis for the research of this project.2.The development and utilization situation and evaluation method of water resources in typical research areaThe paper started from the hydro geological condition,water resources characteristics and water circulation characteristics,and analyzed the situation of groundwater exploitation and utilization.Then the ecological water demand and ecological groundwater level were regarded as constraints,thus determining evaluation method of groundwater exploitation amount in typical area and three judgement index and its determination method.3.The numerical simulation and evaluation of the groundwater exploitation amount in typical research area.In this study,Minqin basin was the typical study area,by using GMS software,the regional aquifers were divided into 19 regions,the simulation period was from 2001 to 2010,the flow field at the end of 2010 and the long hole water level are the verification data.The model parameters were determined by the method of test and estimation,and the model can meet the requirement of fitting.Using the above model,the ecological water demand and groundwater level as the control conditions,the groundwater level in different mining conditions were predicted and then analyzed its exploitation potential and overdraft degree.4.Total groundwater control index system and applicationThe study put forward the regional groundwater mining total control index system which based on the water balance of supply and demand in Minqin Basin,then compared it with existing total index and analyzed its rationality.5.Analysis of main management system and countermeasure research in over-exploited area.The article combed the existing management system based on the legislative regulation and system,analyzed the problems of the current groundwater management in northwest inland typical overdraftedzone and across the country,and then put forward the corresponding protection measures to provide scientific basis for the sustainable utilization of groundwater.
