Objective To study the effect of intermittent aerobic exercise on the prediabetes Mellitus(PDM)population,and to provide theoretical basis and practical reference for the intervention of exercise on PDM population.Methods In this study,43 PDM people were selected in the community and divided into IAE group and C group randomly.The IAE group carried out 12-week intermittent aerobic exercise intervention and C group only carried out the same health education as IAE group.The changes of physiological and biochemical indexes of subjects before,during the 6th and 12 th week were analyzed,and the effects of intermittent aerobic exercise on PDM crowd and PDM crowd were discussed.Results(1)After the experiment,the levels of FBG,TG and LDL in IAE group decreased significantly(p<0.01),TC significantly decreased(p<0.05),and HDL significantly increased(p<0.01).After 6 weeks of intervention,the FBG levels in IAE group were significantly lower than those in C Group(p<0.05),the FBG and LDL levels in IAE group were significantly lower than those in C Group(p<0.01),and the TG and TC levels were significantly lower than those in C Group(p<0.05).After 6 weeks of intervention,the level of HDL in IAE group decreased significantly(p<0.05),while the level of FBG in female group decreased significantly(p<0.01).(2)after the experiment,IAE group BELLAC energy index,pulse rate,systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure decreased significantly and significantly lower than C Group(p<0.05),and vital capacity increased significantly and significantly higher than C Group(p<0.05).After 6weeks' intervention,IAE group BELLAC energy index and pulse rate significantly decreased,and significantly lower than C Group(p<0.05).In IAE group,the vital capacity increased significantly,the BELLAC energy index decreased significantly(p<0.05),and the systolic pressure decreased significantly(p<0.01).(3)After the experiment,the vital capacity of male and female in IAE group increased significantly(p<0.05),and the BELLAC energy index and systolic pressure of male in IAE group decreased significantly(p<0.01),IAE FEMALE BELLAC energy index and pulse rate decreased significantly(p<0.01).After the experiment,the height of vertical jump of IAE group was significantly higher than that of C Group(p<0.05).(4)After the experiment,the results of vertical jump in IAE group were significantly increased(p<0.05),and the results of female vertical jump were significantly increased after 6 weeks of Intervention(p<0.01).There were no significant changes in grip strength and back tension.After the experiment,IAE group waist circumference decreased significantly(p<0.01),Body Weight,BMI index and waist-hip ratio decreased significantly(p<0.05).After the experiment,IAE group's body weight,waist circumference and waist-hip ratio were significantly lower than C group(p<0.05),and BMI index was significantly lower than C group(p<0.01).After 6 weeks of intervention,the BMI index of IAE group was significantly lower than that of C Group(p<0.05).The waist circumference and waist-to-hip ratio of the 12 th week and 6th week in IAE Group decreased significantly(p<0.01),and the waist-to-hip ratio of the women in IAE group decreased significantly(p<0.05).Conclusion(1)Intermittent aerobic exercise can effectively reduce the level of fasting blood glucose and blood lipid in PDM population by improving insulin resistance and liver fat synthesis metabolism.The TG level of female PDM population was more affected by exercise intervention than that of male PDM population,while the TC and HDL level of male PDM population was more affected by exercise intervention than that of female population.(2)Intermittent aerobic exercise can improve the function of heart and lung in PDM population by improving the activities of Mitochondria and oxidase of cardiac muscle cells and smooth muscle cells.(3)Intermittent aerobic exercise can improve lower limb muscle strength by improving the activity of muscle oxidase in PDM crowd.The improvement of lower limb strength of female PDM crowd is more obvious.(4)Intermittent aerobic exercise can effectively control the risk factors of body shape in PDM population.The influence on waist circumference of male PDM crowd is bigger than that of female.
