In the 21 st century,with the rapid development of society,the progress of scientific and technological strength largely depends on the scientific literacy level of talents.Therefore,China has sufficient demand for the research and development of local scientific literacy evaluation schemes.However,as one of the key fields of scientific evaluation,earth and space science is still missing in the digital scientific literacy evaluation system.The evaluation scheme referred to the evaluation framework and evaluation form of PISA and NAEP,and combined computer platform,sensor technology and traditional pedagogy evaluation.For the field of earth and space science,a set of ICT based "Earth Movement" scientific literacy evaluation system was developed according to ECD model.PISA scientific evaluation sample test was the benchmark tool of the evaluation system.During the experiment,the subjects were required to complete the demographic data sheet,PISA calibration test and "Earth Movement" evaluation system with the help of students’ scientific literacy evaluation platform and Digital Information System Laboratory.After collecting the effective data of 54 subjects in a university of Nanjing,the independent sample t-test,reliability analysis and correlation analysis were carried out on the evaluation data by using SPSS software,so as to explore the influence of demographic factors on students’ scientific literacy level and the reliability and validity of the evaluation scheme test questions.The analysis results showed that the independent sample t-test results of "Earth Movement" evaluation system and PISA standard test questions between all factor groups were highly consistent;The overall reliability coefficient and internal correlation of the evaluation system were also high,and the criterion correlation validity with the total score of PISA was good.Therefore,the evaluation scheme is both reasonable and scientific,which provides strong support for the development of ICT evaluation and the improvement of digital scientific literacy evaluation system.
