| With the booming development of port transport industry,the throughput of many terminals in our country is increasing year by year,the installed capacity of shore bridge crane is nearly saturated.There are many risks in the process of shore bridge crane reconstruction project,and it will have a great impact on the project.The analysis of risk control problems in the reconstruction is helpful to identify hidden dangers and improve the level of risk control by using risk management and combining with actual cases.This paper uses literature collection method,questionnaires expert interviews,analytic hierarchy process as research methods to study the risk control of this project.Based on the risk control theory,this paper studies the risk control of the reconstruction project of cable reel system of shore bridge crane.The research focuses on the integration of internal risk and external risk,and builds a four-level framework by deleting and merging redundant risk elements to form a risk control system.Through comparison,it can be concluded that the risk control system is beneficial to risk control and decision making,guarantee the operation of the company’s funds,avoid unnecessary losses of resources,materials and costs,and achieve the maximization of enterprise benefits and profits.This paper hope to provide reference and basis for risk management of similar port engineering projects. |
