In multiple attribute decision,the intuitionistic fuzzy preference relation(IFPR)is widely used in the decision making process,because it can describe the fuzziness and uncertainty more comprehensively and flexibly.The consistency of preference relation is the key factor to determine the accuracy and reliability of decision result,so it is very important to determine the consistency checking index.After a deep understanding of the existing consistency checking and correction method of IFPR,we propose a consistency checking index evaluation method which is based on half normal distribution density function to solve the limitation of existing consistency check index method.We also apply this method to evaluate the crucial component of F1600 gem mud pump.The main work and research results of this article are as follows:1.On the basis of investigating the related literature at home and abroad,we introduce the theory of intuitionistic fuzzy sets and IFPR,and introduce the definitions of multiplicative consistency,perfect multiplicative consistency and acceptable multiplicative consistency of IFPR.We also illustrate the application of preference relation in analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(FAHP).2.After analyzing the consistency check and correction algorithm of existing IFPR,we verified the shortcoming of the consistency check process by mean of number value analysis.Based on above analysis,we found there is a lack theoretic support to elicit the consistency index 0.1 in IFPR.In order to solve this problem,we import the half normal distribution to build a density function about consistency index of IFPR and do some research on the relevant properties.3.We set up a simulation algorithm though MATLAB,and identify the standard deviation of half normal distribution density function consistency index.According to the integral relationship among consistency level,density function and consistency index,we got 3-14 order consistency check index of IFPR which is based on different distance measure formula.Though the numerical experiment,we also illustrated the means to determine whether the IFPR contented with the consistency and how to correct the process for further verify the validity of new consistency check index.4.We improved the importance-assessment method which is widely used in oil drilling field and built an evaluation system for the crucial component of F1600 gem mud pump.The evaluation system aims at the feature of mud pump system and lays the foundation for the importance-assessment.5.In order to reduce the error coming with fuzziness and uncertainty when evaluating the component,we proposed two important evaluation systems that are fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and intuitionistic fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(IFAHP)algorithm.These two kinds of algorithm can be used as evaluation standard for 5 crucial assembly units within F1600 gem mud pump.After compared the results of two kinds of algorithm,we have verified the feasibility and validity of the new parameter values of consistency check index.The conclusion shows that the method has a vast potential for further application in evaluating the importance of equipment of complex system.
