Research On Quality Control Of Air Cooling Island Equipment Of Power Plant Based On Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process

With the rapid development of the country to inland areas,plant air cooling system will get more applications,with the enterprise for the quality requirements of the system becoming higher.The paper will select XX project plant air-cooling island equipment quality control as the research object,and further,launch the comprehensive research on XX project power plant air cooling equipment quality control.Combining fuzzy analytic hierarchy process method and ABC method,based on the characteristics of air cooling island equipment,the paper chooses five quality features as evaluation indexes.According to the Fuzzy AHP methods,the paper establishes the evaluation model and constructs the judgment matrix,eigenvalues of the matrix is obtained by using the MATLAB software and characteristic vector and through the consistency test,the weight of the five evaluation indexes are obtained.In this paper,the evaluation index weights of empty island in recent years,with the enterprise power station equipment quality control in the process of accumulated experience,and the combination of data and information for XX project plant air cooling devices for quality control of five evaluation index score,the importance of quality control for each equipment.Based on the classification of equipment,this paper analyses respectively from the supplier's management,regulation and procurement contract equipment process design and quality control of manufacturing quality improvement for the quality control process of the three devices difference analysis.This paper provides the optimized quality control scheme equipment for XX project.The procurement contract,clear quality requirements in the contract.Research conclusion of this paper will help to similar to XX project plant cold island equipment provides the reference for quality control.
