With the increasing development of social economy and the enhancement of people’s awareness of safety protection,fire prevention equipment has been well developed,especially fire extinguishers,has become an essential emergency supplies in life and work.At the same time,a large number of waste fire extinguishers also emerged at the historic moment,its recycling work needs to be improved.The recycling mode becomes the primary condition for the effective implementation of the whole product life cycle and even the whole reverse logistics supply network.Therefore,the selection of the recycling mode for waste fire extinguishers is of great significance.The evaluation index system is constructed according to the characteristics of reverse logistics recovery mode of used fire extinguishers.The index system includes four first-level indexes: economic factor,social factor,technical factor and environmental factor.Investment operating cost,product recovery capacity and other 15 secondary indicators.Considering the network analytic hierarchy process(AHP),the mutual influence of each index can be analyzed,the judgment matrix can be constructed,and the subjective weight of each index can be obtained through calculation.Entropy weight method can excavate the information between the indicators in depth.Three decision experts will score the indicators and quantify the indicators according to certain standards to get the objective weight of each indicator.In combination with the grey relational analysis and adding the equilibrium degree on the original basis,the proximity degree between the evaluation object and the ideal object was calculated.The scoring situation of the three modes was obtained by the ANP-GRA selection model.Finally,the selection model of waste fire extinguisher reverse logistics recovery mode is applied in a specific example.By collecting data,the scores of the three modes are calculated.The third party recovery mode is better than the dealer’s recycling mode and the enterprise’s self-operated recycling mode,which verifies the scientific nature and effectiveness of the model.
