In recent years, the quantity of discarded electronic products is growing. With clear dual nature, on one side, these discarded electronic products can be re-used to some extent; on another side, they are dangerous for the social and natural environment. Waste Electrical Products Reverse Logistics is the collection of these discarded electronic products, classification, transportation, storage, and the physical flow of goods buried. Implementation of the reverse logistics can not only reduce the pollution of the environment, but also save resources and the sustainable development of enterprises and national trade, and promote the development of circular economy. As China's gradual attention on electronic products for pollution prevention and waste recycling, and will begin to implement the "Waste Electrical and Electronic Product Recycling Management Regulations" at January 1,2011, the research value on discarded electronic products of reverse logistics and the actual benefit become increasingly evident. For the above reasons, the paper states implementation methods, recovery and network optimization designed network structure. And the results are as following:1,summarizes the characteristics of waste electronic products, and its classification. Elabotates the concept about reverse logistics of discarded electronic products, and initially explores the necessity of the reverse logistics of waste electronic products in China.2,comparatively analyses the present situation of domestic and abroad electronic products in reverse logistics development, especially Japan and China on the successful experience of all exist problems, and proposes the three models on reverse logistics of the development of waste electronic products.3,establishes mixed integer programming model of waste electronic products reverse logistics network design, we will handle the processing power point as a linear function of investment costs. And use examples to validate the model.
