| As an important part of the city,zoos play an important role in such aspects as animal nature protection,urban economic promotion,scientific research and development and public entertainment education.In order to meet social needs,as well as provide better services,there are more and more zoos in many cities are expanding scale and increasing the number and variety of animals.Meanwhile,many problems are appearing,such as the improper animal protection,poor environment creation.Among these problems,due to the frequent occurrence of animal injury incidents in the park in recent years,the safety management problem has attracted widespread attention from the society.The issue of zoo safety management has also caused some scholars’ in-depth study,such as strengthening the mechanism of safety accident prevention,the implementation of the responsibility of the security department,the behavior norms of the tourist visiting process and so on.The issue of zoo safety management has also caused some scholars’ in-depth study,such as strengthening the mechanism of safety accident prevention,implementing the responsibility of the security department and regulating the tourists by rules while visiting.Based on this,this study aims to analyze and summarize the problems of zoo safety management,explore and analyze the causes beneath,and thus put forward feasible suggestions for safety management.This study is conducive to improving the safety management level of zoos,enhancing the safety awareness of tourists,making zoos undertake comprehensive responsibilities better and promoting urban development.This study takes T Zoo as the research object,focusing on its existing safety management problems.Through collecting and sorting the basic situation of the overall development and layout of T Zoo,as well as field observation and interview,the research finds that T Zoo currently has safety management problems in the aspects of tourists’ safety awareness,staff management ability,infrastructure construction,animal performances and wild natural environment.To solve the problems,this paper puts forward the following four countermeasures: 1.Guide tourists to visit in a civilized way to ensure their own safety;2.Strengthen safety management awareness and improve the safety management knowledge reserve and practical ability;3.Strictly control the quality of infrastructure,timely inspection and maintenance;4.Improve the safety management system and strengthen emergency management measures.The above measures will help optimize the safety management system of zoos and ensure their long-term development. |
