The automotive industry is the pillar industry of the national economy,it issunrise industry,its output value is large,radiating surface is wide and it provide a lotof jobs and huge tax revenues. However, the automotive production systems iscomplex,have a lot of influential factors,in this paper,using the knowledge of safetymanagement theory, systems theory, systems dynamical theory, see the autocompanies production system consist of four parts people,machines,environment,management and analyzed sub-factors that affect the automobile enterprise securityproduction from the four parts.According to the guidelines and principles of establishing evaluation indexsystem,build a automotive enterprise security management evaluation system consistsof6first level index and30second level index,constructs the judgment matrix,usinganalytic hierarchy process to calculate the weights of every index,get the conclusionthat the weight of safety input is biggest and safety investment is an importantapproach to improve the level of enterprise safety management,it is the leveragesolution to solve the problem of enterprise safety management.This paper analyzes the relationship between global and local systems,therelationship between various factors, from the perspective of safety input to build thecausal chain that reflect the feedback mechanism of system. On the basis of theestablished circuit,draw the system dynamics flow diagram with Vensim software,and build the equation of the relationship between the factors.Finally, according to the actual situation of geely company, establish securitylevel standard and grade each index by experts, based on the index weight calculatethe geely company and each subsystem security level of initial value, then substitutinitial value into Vensim software, run the software and get the change of theenterprise security level in60months, it is concluded that the more the safety input isthe higher the enterprise security level is. And then adjust the safety investmentproportion, make the safety level of each subsystem has obvious improvement, bycomparing different schemes to find the best scheme, provide theoretical basis toimprove the level of enterprise security.
