Due to the harsh marine environments,the offshore platform could inevitably suffer from damages.It has important safety significance and economic value to monitor the offshore platform structures.The real-time monitoring can reduce the security threats and economic losses caused by structural damage to the platform,and make the platform safe during service.The key to real-time health monitoring is to construct digital labels for each component,whose target is to determine the security level of components,In order to ensure the reliability of its digital information,a detailed quantitative description of the security of the structure must be made.The traditional method analyzes all types of components of the platform uniformly.However,it does not distinguish the impact of different types of components on the reliability of the platform.It mainly stays at the reliability level of the components.However,the structure in the project is often a statically indeterminate system,which is composed of many components.The remaining structures may still fulfill the specified functions,even if one or more components become failure.The existing platform component risk classification methods cannot meet the needs of platform realtime health monitoring.Under the above background,this paper classifies components according to their type,location,and force characteristics,and constructs a method for classifying the importance level of component safety based on indicators of damage consequences.To take an in-service jacket platform in Bohai Sea as an example,this paper grades the safety importance of each component of the platform.This paper evaluates the consequences of component failure from strength reserve ratio,safety margin,plastic resistance,and reliability,which should be focused on in engineering.Finally,the existing data is used to identify and locate the damage of key components in the structure.
