Research On The Incentive Mechanism For Fishermen In Zhoushan City To Participate In Marine Fishery

In recent years,China has comprehensively promoted marine environmental protection.Although initial achievements have been made in the restoration of marine ecological environment and the maintenance of marine biodiversity,there are still contradictions such as imperfect policies,incomplete equipment,and uncoordinated communication.Therefore,it is urgent to encourage fishermen to participate in marine environmental governance and give better play to their subjective initiative and objective practical ability.On the basis of combining domestic and foreign literature and research practice,explores the incentive mechanism for fishermen in Zhoushan City to participate in marine fishery waste management,and further puts forward suggestions for the implementation of incentive mechanism by discussing the relationship between governments at all levels,enterprises,social organizations and other multiple entities and fishermen in Zhoushan City to participate in marine fishery waste management.Firstly,through process based incentive theory and collaborative governance theory,a theoretical incentive model for fishermen in Zhoushan to participate in marine fishery waste management is constructed and three research hypotheses are proposed.Then,this research will use SPSS27.0software to carry out descriptive statistical analysis,reliability and validity analysis,factor analysis and so on on the survey data with the help of questionnaires,in-depth interviews.Under the condition that the reliability and validity of the questionnaire are good,the AMOS26.0 software is used for modeling and analysis.Similarly,under the condition that the model fitness reaches the ideal value,it can be seen that the ecological expectation value,the cooperation of participation channels,and the incentive method all have a positive and significant impact on Zhoushan fishermen’s participation in marine fishery waste management,of which the impact coefficient of the ecological expectation value on Zhoushan fishermen’s participation in marine fishery waste management is 0.024,The impact coefficient of participation channel coordination on Zhoushan fishermen’s participation in marine fishery waste management is 0.839,and the impact coefficient of incentive methods on Zhoushan fishermen’s participation in marine fishery waste management is 0.047.Then,the paper analyzes the intermediary effect and regulatory effect of the incentive model for Zhoushan fishermen to participate in marine fishery garbage treatment.Through the intermediary effect analysis,it is concluded that there is a intermediary effect and some intermediaries exist in Zhoushan fishermen’s participation in marine fishery garbage treatment through the ecological expected value,and the indirect effect that directly affects Zhoushan fishermen’s participation in marine fishery garbage treatment through the incentive method presents a significant state.Therefore,There is no intermediary effect of participation channel synergy in Zhoushan fishermen’s participation in marine fishery waste management.Through the analysis of regulatory effect,corresponding incentive mechanism suggestions can be made from the annual fishery income of Zhoushan fishermen,the expectations of Zhoushan fishermen for future fishery development and the assessment of the possibility of continuing to engage in fishery production,In addition,through multi group analysis,it can be seen that the position and political outlook of fishermen also play a regulatory role in participating in marine fishery waste management actions.
