With the continuous advancement of the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics, the rapid development of economy and society and the rapid progress of science and technology, people are becoming more and more aware of the importance of the ocean, the demand for marine products and services is also growing, and the benefits of the marine economy and society are also constantly improving [1].With the development of the times, the Party and the government have paid more and more attention to the protection of marine resources and the environment, continuously improved the policies for the development of the marine economy, and adopted a variety of comprehensive management measures to ensure the sustainable development of marine undertakings and promote China’s progress from a maritime power to a maritime power. However,at present, there are still some problems in China’s marine industry, such as extensive production methods and low-end product structure, which seriously restrict the healthy and rapid development of the marine economy. In particular, the development of the marine field has received great attention from the whole society.Taking the panel data of 11 coastal provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government in coastal China from 2009 to 2019 as research samples, this paper empirically tests the dual effects of marine ecological product policy in improving the supply efficiency of marine ecological products and promoting common prosperity by using the dynamic spatial panel model. The economic effects of marine ecological product policies from the perspective of regional heterogeneity are examined. In addition, this paper also uses the interaction effect test model to explore the influence mechanism of the policy effect of marine ecological products.According to the 14 th Five-Year Plan for the Development of the Marine Economy, the Bohai Rim region consists of four provinces and one city in Tianjin,Hebei,Liaoning and Shandong, the East China Sea region consists of three provinces and one city in Shanghai,Jiangsu and Zhejiang, and the South China Sea region consists of four provinces and one city in Fujian,Guangdong,Guangxi and Hainan[2].Conclusions:(1)China’s marine ecological products policy has significant economic effects in improving the supply efficiency of marine ecological products and promoting common prosperity;(2)From the perspective of sub-regional studies, this conclusion is still true in the Bohai Rim,East China Sea and South China Sea,but the East China Sea→Bohai Rim → the South China Sea decline sequentially;(3)The analysis of the interaction mechanism shows that factors such as industrial structure, per capita education years, and total population will have an impact on the economic effects of marine ecological product policies.Through regression analysis, effective solutions and suggestions can be put forward,in order to provide effective guidance for the development of 11 coastal provinces(cities)in China, especially the progress in the marine field. The innovation of this paper is that from the perspective of research,it also evaluates the comprehensive impact of the improvement of marine ecological product policies on the supply efficiency of marine ecological products and the promotion of common prosperity.Second,in terms of research methods, the dynamic spatial panel model was used to analyze the impact of marine ecological product policies on improving the supply efficiency of marine ecological products and promoting the realization of common prosperity.
