In the post-epidemic era,the frequency of people eating at home is increasing, and the demand for household kitchenware products is also changing. In the new era, designers need to fully consider the use of kitchenware in different families, and integrate the human-machine factors of the products Integrate with the kitchen environment to provide users with kitchenware products that are closer to life in the new era. This research studies the design of kitchenware products based on the theoretical knowledge and application methods of human factors engineering, aiming to design a set of household kitchenware products that meet the functional requirements, are convenient and friendly to operate, safe, and have low operating load.Through literature survey, user research method of human factors engineering, product analysis method and Python data analysis method, user research and human-machine factor analysis of kitchenware products are carried out to determine the problems existing in kitchenware products and the need for optimization in the human-machine environment of kitchenware products the elements of.Aiming at the problems existing in kitchenware products, the TRIZ theoretical problem-solving method is used to solve them, and combined with the characteristics of kitchenware products,a feasible solution is proposed.Aiming at the relationship analysis of the factors to be optimized in the man-machine environment of kitchenware products,a feasible factor optimization scheme is proposed. And use the anthropometry method to calculate the size data of the kitchenware products, the result optimization plan and human-machine factor optimization plan, and put forward the kitchenware product design plan.Use functional testing methods and product system evaluation methods to evaluate and analyze kitchenware product design schemes, design functional test content and iteratively optimize functional schemes based on test results, design body load evaluation experiments to quantify the body load generated by the use of kitchenware products,Evaluate the effectiveness of product design proposals. Finally, based on the results of previous user surveys and human factors analysis, the product design goals were proposed, and the product system design scheme was designed and studied from four aspects: size, structure, material, and color, completing the design practice. While ensuring the functional requirements of cooking,it is more in line with the manual operation posture, alleviating the fatigue caused by long-term cooking operations, and providing a safer and more convenient functional method for long-term cooking operations such as stewing.Provide design ideas for kitchenware product design and theoretical basis for the design of kitchenware products on the market.
