Failure Analysis is an important part of reliability engineering field of study,and the study of the failure priority ranking method is an important part of the Failure Analysis.At present,Failure Analysis has been developed to a more stage of maturity,however,the researches on the failure priority ranking method are relatively few.In the Failure Analysis methods,With the Failure Mode and Effects Analysis and Anticipatory Failure Determination are Used widely in the field of engineering,but they are all Still flawed.In the Failure Mode and Effects Analysis,the Risk Priority Number is determined high degree of subjectivity and the repeatability of RPN values are not overlooked factors.This article aims to find an optimized implementation of the failure priority ranking method.Main works as follows:Above all,this article is based on Failure Mode and Effects Analysis?Anticipatory Failure Determination and Failures diagnosis theory,the research status of the failure priority ranking methods were analyzed and discussed,and it pointed out t the failure priority ranking methods defects and deficiencies.Secondly,based on the resource analysis of the TRIZ and the Anticipatory Failure Determination,with the reverse manner of questioning establish an objective scoring system,and the concept of the high incidence was proposed,and the qualitatively resource analysis was quantified.And then,introducing Bayesian Network model,which carried out the uncertainty probabilistic reasoning of the failure mode,got the failure probability due to some malfunction caused.Finally,of the above scores were multiplication the failure probability relative failure as ordering criteria priority ranking method,and the methods of verification mechanism in the Internet perlite sound-absorbing plate automatic production line of the implementation process.In conclusion,the paper proposes a method to achieve the priority ranking is stable and reliable,failure to improve the current failure analysis method insufficient priority ranking;exclude the subjective factors,failure to meet the system's accuracy analysis,failure to inspect and repair work after the specified direction.
