| With the rapid development of economy,science and technology and urban construction,rail passenger car technology has also been rapidly developed.my country’s rail passenger cars are developing in the direction of high speed and high density.The speed of rail passenger cars has been greatly improved.Construction is also getting faster and faster.When taking rail passenger cars,the travel time of passengers is greatly shortened.While rail passenger cars provide convenience for people’s travel,passengers have higher and higher requirements for comfort while riding.Rail passenger cars greatly promote the development of local and national economies.This dissertation mainly uses the human factor engineering to carry out the analysis to the track passenger car comfort,the main research contents of the thesis are as follows:When passengers take a rail passenger cars for a long time,the seats of the rail passenger carsand various factors inside the carriage affect the comfort of passengers.Analyze the factors that affect comfort and find important factors to improve.However,for the current internal facilities of the high-speed rail in my country,some parameters are not suitable for China Human size requirements.For seats,most of them are introduced in accordance with foreign designs,which basically only provide safety during riding,but the requirements for comfort are not high,and some design details do not meet the percentile size of the Chinese human body.The requirements are not well suited to the needs of China’s human body size.In addition,research has also been conducted on the comfort of the lighting,temperature,and humidity in the cabin.Therefore,this article conducts research on the relationship involved in "human-machine-environment" within high-speed trains.This dissertation mainly uses geometric modeling,using the ergonomics module in CATIA,through the establishment of different percentile human body models for "virtual riding" to analyze and improve the existing seats,and target the seats The size of the chair is innovated,the human factors engineering analysis is used to analyze the factors that affect the comfort of passengers on the rail passenger car,and the cabin environment analysis of the passenger comfort of the person-seat-environment is combined to analyze and improve factors such as the environment and space facilities to optimize Seats and surrounding facilities improve the comfort of passengers,It also provides theoretical reference for future space design. |
