| Preschool education is the starting point for children to enter social life.In recent years,China’s fertility policy has gradually opened up,the number of newborns has increased year by year,and the demand for preschool education has also increased.the state has formulated norms and programs for the education of preschool children,and the society has always paid full attention to the cause of preschool education.Creating a high-quality kindergarten space to meet the growth needs of children and promote the all-round development of children is a topic of constant discussion from all walks of life.Architects and designers constantly explore the true meaning of children’s space design with the roles of teachers,parents and playmates.Experts and scholars cut into the research of kindergarten activity space design from the perspective of pedagogy,architecture and human factors.They foresee the future through children’s innocence and place hopes through children’s frankness.This paper studies the design of kindergarten activity space from the perspective of human factor engineering,combs the theory of human factor engineering and its cross-field development,and pays special attention to the theory of human factor engineering in architecture and environmental design.extract the three elements of human,machine and environment in human engineering and their interaction principle,connect the three elements with the kindergarten activity space design,and construct the three-element model of human-machine-environment in space design.Based on this theoretical model,this paper summarizes the human characteristics of children aged 3-6 years old,and pays attention to children’s physiological,psychological and perceptual characteristics,as well as their communication with spatial interfaces or facilities.This paper takes children’s cognitive process as a method to study the communication between children and space,visits and surveys on the spot,analyzes the spatial form of children’s situational awareness,and sums up the principles of kindergarten space design.Then,the four-level design strategies of children’s human factors are summarized from the three aspects of human-machineenvironment.They are humanized design strategy based on psychology,safety design strategy based on physiology,interesting design strategy based on perception,and natural design strategy based on whole space.Finally,combined with Huinan County folk music livable community kindergarten transformation practice to verify the applicability of the strategy in the design of children’s activity space,hoping to provide a reference for the design of kindergarten space from the perspective of human engineering. |
