Objective:?1?To study the changes of cerebral oxygen saturation?rScO2?and other related indexes in hyper-intensity interval training?HIIT?of overweight male college students.?2?To evaluate the feasibility and safety of HIIT?high-intensity interval training?forms of motion in overweight and obese people.?3?Provide a theoretical basis for scientific fitness.Methods:12 male college students with extreme obesity?body fat percentage>20%and BMI?24?were selected as subjects. Before the experiment, they were monitored with resting value of rScO2and heart rate as the resting value of rScO2and heart rate. The test time was 5 minutes.Wingate anaerobic exercise program was adopted, with a load of 6.5%lean weight?KG?,30S full sprint pedal?pre-ride 5S before each full sprint to maximize the riding speed and start the next full pedal for 30 S?,free relaxation at intervals of 4.5 minutes, repeat 4 to 6 groups to reach exhaustion, and continue monitoring until the subjects rScO2fluctuation is stable after the exercise.During the exercise, the changes of rScO2and related indicators in HIIT of overweight and obese male college students were monitored throughout the process. If rScO2is lower than55%,it will be regarded as an abnormal value, and the risk assessment of HIIT scheme was carried out through the changes of its rScO2to evaluate the feasibility and safety of HIIT scheme,so as to provide reasonable exercise Suggestions for HIIT training of overweight and obese male college students.Results:?1?In 12 subjects,9 subjects in the HIIT are presented with abnormal rScO2,3 subjects were presented with rScO2of normal value;and what appeared in 9 rScO2among participants outliers are,3 with rScO2below rScO2outliers in the resting state while under movement process the situation is always lower,6 volunteers were in normal state of resting state rScO2,while in the HIIT the rScO2value of them were below the abnormal.?2?The overall tendency of rScO2super-heavy obese male college students in the HIIT Wingate scheme rScO2happens in the 30s of sprint movement,rScO2presents as a basically downward trend, but the fluctuation is not obvious. There are a few of subjects with rScO2showed the trend of rising and falling experience, then ceased after 30s movement. The rScO2values of most super-heavy obese male college students show sharp declines, the duration remains about 3 min.In six groups of HIIT data, most of the largest fluctuations of rScO2values exists in the first group, and the time when the lowest value appears tends to move forward with the increase of the number of groups. In this scheme, most subjects showed rScO2lower than the abnormal value, and most of the time periods were concentrated in the second half of 30s-sprint and the first3min of intermission.?3?The initial value is lower than the outliers of super-heavy obese male college students in HIIT training rScO2in sports is the general trend of declining, and the drop is larger, immediately after exercise has stopped,rScO2appeared to rebound rapidly, and the first set of rScO2after group is significantly higher than average, minimum rScO2appeared mostly in motion in the phase of the sprint during the second half.Conclusion:?1?There is a certain risk in Wingate HIIT for overweight male college students.?2?Most risk periods are concentrated in the second half of 30s-sprint movement and the first 3min of the intermission and the risk of the latter is greater than former.Recommendations:?1?For individuals,HIIT participants are recommended to build basic exercises,to fully warm up fully exercises, and not to stop immediately after exercises. It is recommended to walk slowly during the intermissions instead of sitting for a rest, and to recover for beyond10 minutes after stopping exercises.?2?For coaches, they should attach importance to and strengthen the protection in the second half of the exercise and the first 3 minutes of the intermission in HIIT,especially immediately after the exercise stops, but do not stop immediately, and encourage students to walk slowly instead of sitting still.
