| With the progress of social needs and technology,vehicle-mounted laboratories have been increasingly used with their unique economy,flexibility and reliability.As the National Energy Administration attaches more importance to the unconventional natural gas industry,the problems in the operating environment during on-site gas content testing are becoming more and more prominent.To this end,this paper aims to establish a well-functioning,safe and comfortable vehicle-mounted laboratory for gas content testing with reasonable operating space design.Firstly,the coal-bed methane,which is currently explored and exploited on a perfect scale and has a high degree of national importance,was selected as the object of gas content testing.Through on-site research,we analyzed and organized the devices,equipment,testing methods and testing processes used for on-site CBM gas content testing,and clarified the design positioning of the vehicle-mounted laboratory through the shortcomings of the site.Secondly,based on the information from the above research,we combined the theoretical knowledge of ergonomic workspace design to design the gas content measurement device and sample processing table,which are used most frequently and importantly in the process of gas content testing,and analyzed the rationality of the design scheme through the JACK software for the pressure on the L4 and L5 lumbar vertebrae,which are most vulnerable to fatigue injury when the operator performs gas content testing.After that,we combined the design content and the dimensions of the remaining equipment in the vehicle-mounted laboratory to propose the layout design of the mobile laboratory operation space,and analyzed the design of the vehicle-mounted laboratory operation space from the perspectives of passability and operation flow through the JACK software to determine the final The final design of the working space is determined by the analysis of the working space design of the vehicle-mounted laboratory from the viewpoint of pass-through and working process by JACK software.Finally,the physical production of the vehicle-mounted laboratory was carried out in conjunction with the design solution for the gas content testing workspace.Since there are many factors affecting an overall evaluation,it is difficult to make a quantitative evaluation,so this paper collates the influencing factors affecting the evaluation of the overall design of the vehicle-mounted laboratory,and then invites relevant practitioners to actually experience them and give the scores of each influencing factor and comfort,and then uses the improvedAHP method to calculate the weight values of each factor,and finally combines the hierarchical fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to give the overall design of the vehicle-mounted laboratory.The overall evaluation of the human-machine design of the working space is given. |
