Abstract/Summary:
In recent years, with the continuous expansion of China’s logistics needs and rising labor costs, the logistics industry, which is still in a laborintensive industry,is actively seeking transformation.Along with the continuous development of artificial intelligence and Internet of Things technology, the advantages of high distribution efficiency and high mechanization of drones are becoming more and more compatible with the development needs of the logistics industry. In the end distribution link, single UAV delivery will be limited by the performance of the body such as poor range performance and weak load capacity, while the combination of vehicles and UAVs can effectively reduce the impact of UAV performance limitations.Based on this idea, this paper conducts an in-depth study on the route planning of vehicle-mounted UAVs,and explores and confirms the feasibility of a collaborative vehiclemounted UAV delivery scheme.Focusing on the route planning of vehicle-borne UAVs,this study firstly completes the theoretical research on UAV delivery and vehicleborne UAV delivery solutions, and lays a theoretical foundation for the subsequent research on vehicle-borne UAV collaborative delivery models.Secondly, the route planning problem in the cooperative delivery scheme between UAVs and delivery vehicles is studied, and the cooperative delivery model of vehicle-mounted UAVs is established and solved. The minimization of total distribution cost is taken as the optimization objective of the mathematical model, and the solution algorithm is designed based on genetic algorithm and K-means clustering algorithm. In order to compare and analyze the vehicle-mounted UAV collaborative distribution model,a separate distribution model for nonvehicle-mounted UAVs and delivery vehicles was constructed and solved.Through the simulation analysis of the algorithm, the following conclusions are drawn:the vehicle-mounted UAV collaborative distribution model is suitable for logistics networks with wide distribution of distribution points and loose time window requirements, while the nonvehicle-mounted UAV and distribution vehicle separate distribution model is suitable for logistics networks with tight capacity, dense distribution points and strict time window requirements. Finally, from the perspective of improving the practicality of the model and algorithm, the intelligent vehicle-mounted UAV route planning system is built using GIS technology, the path planning model is practically applied to the system, and the ability to visualize the path planning results in real time is realized based on Baidu Maps.In this study,a variety of UAV models were considered when constructing the vehicle-mounted UAV cooperative delivery model, and the route planning system was built from the perspective of practicality. The conclusions of the study can provide reference for the application of UAV delivery models in actual logistics scenarios, and the constructed route result visualization system can provide innovative ideas for building supporting digital platform facilities in the logistics field.
