As an important means to achieve user perceived satisfaction,man-machine arrangement of vehicles has been paid much attention in the whole vehicle development process.Meanwhile,with the opening of the country’s two-child policy,the proportion of "family of four" increases.Due to the large interior space and the addition of a third row of seats to achieve capacity expansion,the market demand for large and medium-sized SUVs is increasing gradually.This paper takes a b-class SUV under development as a case to study and discuss some key problems encountered in man-machine layout in the whole vehicle development process.This paper sets the basic man-machine parameters of the vehicle in advance,including occupant sitting position,main control parts,indoor space,and verifies and modifies it with man-machine rules and tools to ensure rationalization.Then,RAMSIS is used to check the comfort level of human body.Meanwhile,the ergonomics platform of SUV is used for the supervisor evaluation.This paper analyzes and sorts out the evaluation results from objective and subjective dimensions,and summarizes the key problems that have great influence on household perception.Aiming at the key problems,the problem points are analyzed by means of simulation,calculation and benchmarking.On the premise of ensuring that the overall modeling style and the definition of the size of the vehicle remain unchanged,the contradiction between man-machine requirements and the overall modeling and platform definition can be reconciled through the structural adjustment,local optimization and parameter adjustment of the vehicle,so as to eliminate the problem,and thus a reasonable man-machine layout scheme can be obtained.And again through software simulation and subjective evaluation to verify.Finally,the regularity conclusion is summarized to provide theoretical reference for subsequent vehicle development.
