Human activities are the key to the dynamic change of landscape pattern,and the landscape pattern of urban-rural combined cities has the strongest change.In order to understand the dynamic changes of land use landscape pattern in Shulan City in recent years,according to the landscape ecology theory,including CA-Markov model and principal component analysis,this paper analyzes the dynamic changes of landscape pattern in Shulan City and its driving factors by means of using remote sensing data in 2010,2014 and 2018,and predicts the landscape pattern in Shulan City in 2026,which provides a scientific basis for optimizing the landscape pattern in Shulan City in the future.In a word,this study analyses definitely the dynamic change trend of landscape pattern in Shulan City,and at the same time,it discusses deeply the human driving factors driving the landscape pattern change,so as to provide a theoretical basis for optimizing the overall landscape pattern of Shulan City and enhancing the rationality of future urban construction and overall planning.The results show that:(1)From 2010 to 2018,the landscape pattern of Shulan City had little change in general,but individual types had obvious changes.From the perspective of landscape composition changes,urban landscape,rural landscape,other construction landscape,transportation landscape and breeding landscape are on the increase,while cultivated water landscape,woodland landscape,land landscape and unused landscape are on the decrease,which reach the historical minimum in 2018.The absolute changes of cultivated land landscape,transportation landscape and aquaculture landscape increased,while the dynamic changes of other landscapes were relatively stable.Among all the landscapes in Shulan City,the cultivated land landscape is the largest,and the main destinations are urban landscape,transportation landscape,aquaculture landscape,woodland landscape and rural landscape.At the same time,the phenomenon of water landscape,woodland landscape,unused landscape and other landscape turn to cultivated land landscape.In addition,the mutual conversion between cultivated land landscape and woodland landscape was active in the early stage.From the change of landscape composition,the aggregation degree of Shulan City’s landscape as a whole shows a small downward trend,but the landscape pattern indexes such as patch number and patch density show a small upward trend,and the landscape tends to be fragmented.(2)Based on the forecast of CA-Markov model,the landscape composition and composition of Shulan City will change to some extent from 2010 to 2026.Urban landscape,transportation landscape,other construction landscape,aquaculture landscape,rural landscape and so on,show an increasing trend,while cultivated land landscape,woodland landscape,water landscape,unused landscape and so on,show a decreasing trend.The degree of landscape aggregation will decrease slightly,the distribution will be more uniform,and the dominance will decrease slightly.The landscape types of Shulan City tend to be homogeneous,which is consistent with its urbanization development.(3)The dynamic change of landscape pattern in Shulan City is mainly influenced by human driving factors of total population,non-agricultural population,regional GDP,primary industry GDP,secondary industry GDP,tertiary industry GDP,environmental protection expenditure,etc.Among them,regional GDP,primary industry GDP,secondary industry GDP,tertiary industry GDP and environmental protection expenditure are important driving factors that affect the dynamic changes of various landscape types.At the level of 1%,the cultivated land landscape index is positively correlated with the regional GDP and the secondary industry GDP.Landscape index is positively correlated with environmental protection expenditure,and negatively correlated with regional GDP,secondary industry GDP and tertiary industry GDP.Transportation landscape index is positively correlated with regional GDP and tertiary industry GDP,and negatively correlated with total population,non-agricultural population and environmental protection expenditure.Urban landscape index is positively correlated with environmental protection expenditure,and negatively correlated with regional GDP,secondary industry GDP and tertiary industry GDP.There is a significant positive correlation between rural landscape index and regional GDP,primary industry GDP and secondary industry GDP.
