Cyberspace resources surveying and mapping refers to the unified description,panoramic perception,and comprehensive description of cyberspace resources.It is a hotspot that researchers of surveying & mapping and network are both paying attention to,which therefore shows great significance to better perceive the cyberspace situation and maintain cyberspace security.However there are only few research on the combination of geospatial information.The existing results are difficult to support the expression of cyberspace resources surveying and mapping,which restricts the understanding and recognition of cyberspace resources.Therefore,this paper focuses on the visualization and mining analysis of the cyberspace resource.The main work and innovations of this paper are as the follows:1.Considering that there are few researches and systematic description on the expression and analysis of cyberspace surveying and mapping resources,this paper summarized the composition and classification of cyberspace map elements,and proposes a cyberspace map tightly coupled with geographic space.The key technologies of the cyberspace map were deeply analyzed from three aspects of symbol system,multi-scale expression and analysis & application.2.As the use of cyberspace resource symbols is often arbitrary and irregular,a semantic-driven symbol design method for cyberspace resources is proposed.The paper discusses the composition and cognition of cyberspace resources;Comparing with natural language,this paper studies the symbolic structure and semantic model of cyberspace resources;elaborates the process of semantically-driven cyberspace resource symbol design in terms of semantic extraction,symbolic morpheme construction,and aggregate modeling.Cognition experiments of cyberspace resource symbol morpheme and cyberspace resource symbol,are designed to compare with the US military network label.3.The visual representation of massive cyberspace entity resources often has overlapping screen information redundancy problems.And the line-crossing screen often has redundant expression within the visual representation of the network routing topology.First,a method of adaptive R-TREE indexing and scheduling for massive cyberspace entities is designed.The detailed flow of Data structure and retrieval steps of network entities based on R-TREE indexing is given.Experiments are conducted using partial cyberspace surveying and mapping data.Experimental results show that the method can effectively solve the point overlap problem and achieve multi-scale expression effect.Then,the k-core-based multi-scale representation method for cyberspace routing topology based on geographical constraints is designed.The process of constructing a multi-scale representation model of cyberspace routing topology based on k-cores is described in detail.Experiments are conducted using China Education and Research Network and some simulation data.Experimental results show that this method can achieve the hierarchical representation of cyberspace routing topology and highlight important nodes.4.For the situation that the cyberspace geo-location results are usually regional,and the geo-location results cannot be used for high precision positioning,this paper proposes an optimization method of cyberspace geo-location results based on probability theme model.The research framework of network geo-location results optimization based on the probabilistic topic model is discussed;a weakly supervised classification method of network entities based on LDA is proposed.Landmarks sets related to network entities are summarized;and the matching of network entity themes and landmarks sets is presented.The experimental results show that this method can narrow space distribution of network entity resources comparing with the original network geo-location results.
