| With the "high-quality development" put forward at the 19 th national congress, all parts of the country have been exploring a new path of high-quality economic development. In this process,as one of the main production factors, land resources gradually occupy an important position in economic and social development. However, due to the rapid development of China’s economy and society in recent years and the continuous improvement of domestic urbanization level, the problems of improper allocation of land resources begin to appear, such as the shortage of total amount of land resources, unscientific structure, low utilization efficiency, serious pollution and so on.The existence of these problems makes the use of land resources a great waste, which not only restricts the process of urbanization in China, but also hinders the further development of society and economy to a certain extent. Therefore, how to realize the effective use of land on the premise that the total amount of land resources is still in short supply is a topic worthy of research and discussion.Based on the current environment of rapid economic development, continuous increase of total population and increasingly frequent contradiction between land supply and demand, this paper takes n city as the research object.Firstly, starting from the current situation and problems of land resource element allocation in n city, this paper analyzes the connotation of the "yield per mu" reform policy implemented by n city to solve the problems;Secondly, through in-depth analysis of the role of the policy in promoting the allocation of land resources, and summarize its shortcomings; Finally, combined with the basic theory of market-oriented allocation of land resource elements, this paper explores new ideas and directions of land resource element allocation under the new situation, and puts forward optimization suggestions, which can provide experience for cities that are also facing difficulties in land supply and need to further optimize the allocation of land resource elements. |
