Land Use/Land Cover Change(LUCC)is the result of long-term interaction and mutual influence between human society and nature,and plays a key role in global environmental change.Exploring and understanding the process and law of land use change in the basin is conducive to grasping the future direction of land use development;Through the simulation and prediction of land use,the spatial layout of land use in the future basin can be obtained in advance.Through the simulation and prediction of land use,the spatial layout of land use in the future basin can be obtained in advance.Based on this,this paper takes the Fenhe River Basin,a mining-dominated basin in northern China,as the research area.Based on the spatial vector data,socio-economic data,and ecological environment monitoring data of the study area in the five-year base period of 2000,2005,2010,2015,and 2020,the land use multi-model measurement method,FLUS model,and MCR model are used to analyze the land use change law of the study area from 2000 to2020.Multi-scenario simulation predicts the quantitative structure and spatial pattern of land use in 2030,and optimizes its land use structure.The results showed that:(1)From 2000 to 2020,the area of cultivated land and grassland in Fenhe River Basin decreased linearly.The area of construction land and forest land increased linearly,the area of water and unused land has been basically flat for many years.The land use change of water area and construction land is the largest,and the change of forest land is the smallest.(2)From 2000 to 2020,the spatial pattern of land use showed the distribution characteristics of construction land,cultivated land,grassland and forest land.The core area of the basin changed significantly,and the edge area changed little.The core area of the basin changes significantly,and the marginal area changes little.Spatially,cultivated land and construction land are mainly distributed in the middle and lower reaches of the basin,while forest land and grassland are concentrated in the mountainous hills on the edge of the basin.(3)Under the four simulation scenarios in 2030,the main land use types in the basin remained stable,mainly cultivated land,forest land and grassland.The spatial pattern showed that construction land and cultivated land are concentrated in the core area of the basin,and grassland and forest land are concentrated in the edge area of the basin.(4)The land use function of Fenhe River Basin is divided into ecological suitable area and urban suitable area.The ecological suitable area includes the prohibited development area of 2491.76 km~2and the restricted development area of 6445.99 km~2.The suitable area of the town includes 16325 km~2key development zone and 14477 km~2optimized development zone.(5)In 2030,except for the relatively reasonable land use structure of the prohibited development zone,there are different degrees of land use structure problems in other zones.The proportion of cultivated land and construction land in the restricted development zone still needs to be appropriately compressed.The key and optimized development zone should consider the appropriate development of suitable cultivated grassland,promote the coordinated development of land use production,life and ecological functions in the basin,and realize the efficient use of land.
