With the acceleration of the urbanization process,people’s living standards continue to improve,health awareness is constantly enhanced,through fitness activities to promote health enthusiasm is rising,the demand for comfortable fitness space environment is more and more urgent.Fitness activities can release pressure,prevent and improve the occurrence of cardiovascular diseases,which is an important way to improve the national health level and build a healthy China.In 2020,the fight against COVID-19 once again proved that improving the physical fitness of the population is the most cost-effective and effective strategy to deal with major public health events.In 2021,the CPC Central Committee and The State Council will issue the National Fitness Plan(2021-2025),making plans for promoting national fitness at a higher level and better meeting the people’s fitness and health needs.As a large city,Beijing has a shortage of public space and dense population.The quality of outdoor fitness space in the community seriously affects the improvement of residents’ health level.Therefore,the development and improvement of outdoor fitness space is of great significance to enhance national health quality,and pleasant outdoor fitness space microclimate environment has become a necessary condition for the benign development of all kinds of fitness activities.This paper takes community outdoor fitness space in central urban area of Beijing as the research object.Firstly,the Arc GIS big data platform is used to analyze the overall distribution and spatial characteristics of the community in central urban area of Beijing.By overlapping with outdoor fitness space data,the conclusion is drawn that there are differences in the distribution of community outdoor fitness space in central urban area.Secondly,a total of 12 communities with 4 layout types were selected as typical representatives for in-depth research.By collecting environmental factors,microclimate indicators and human perception factors,SPSS software was used for basic data analysis to obtain the relationship between each factor and the relationship between each factor and microclimate factors.At the same time,the relationship between microclimate factors and thermal sensation and thermal comfort was obtained by collecting and analyzing human body perception factors through questionnaire.Then,through ENVI-MET software numerical simulation method to establish a microclimate environment assessment model,the appropriate location of different layout types of community outdoor fitness space.Then,taking landscape elements,human activity intensity and building spacing as independent variables,quantitative simulation experiment was conducted to explore the optimal improvement scheme of outdoor fitness space microclimate environment.Finally,optimization suggestions are put forward from the aspects of improving site suitability of community outdoor fitness space,setting reasonable building spacing,landscape improvement plan in winter and summer,and humanized demand based on human behavior activities.The feasibility of the strategy is well verified by comparing the simulation results.It provides reference for the optimization of microclimate environment of community outdoor fitness space in central urban area of Beijing.
