| The tribe Stenochiini belongs to Coleoptera,Tenebrionidae,and is one of the richest tenebrionid group in the tropical and subtropical forests.There are 46 genera and more than 2200 species(subspecies)all over the word.In order to verify the taxonomic systems and species groups establishing based on morphological characteristics,36 samples were used as research objects for the first time.The phylogenetic relationship of Stenochiini was preliminarily studied and discussed based on Mitochondrial genes(COI;Cytb;16S r DNA)and nuclear gene(28S r DNA-D2),and combined with morphological characteristics.The results are as follows:1.In this study,molecular fragments of COI,Cytb,16 S r DNA and 28 S r DNA-D2 genes were amplified.Software MEGA,DAMBE and IQTREE were used for base analysis and substitution saturation test.2.The species groups of carbonarium、jucundum、undulatum、gibbosulum、kohanemum、marseuli、dimidiatum、angustissimum、carbonarium in the Strongylium,basing on morphological characteristics were verified according to molecular data.3.The features of dividing some species in Stenochiini were clarified: The range of characteristic variation of S.carbonarium is expended;S.sp.16 and S.jucundum were identified as one species;two unnamed species S.sp.3 and S.sp.4 in the angustissimum were identified as S.angustissimum which further expanded the range of characteristic variation of S.angustissimum;Supporting S.undulatum kuatunense as a synonym of S.undulatum;confirm that S.sp.14 and S.subimpressum are the same species;S.sp.10 and S.sp.12 are considered as one species in the dimidiatum species group;the division of S.sp.11 with S.impressipenne was discussed.4.The division of some genera and groups of the Stenochiini were discussed: The division characteristics of erythrocephalum and the groups division of S.erythrocephalum and S.crurale were discussed;S.sp.13 in brevibore species group rafferred to fissicolle species group;merged basifemoratum species group and opacicolle species group into basifemoratum species group;attribution of S.sp.17 to carbonarium species group;S.auratopubens demerges from cultellatum species group and establishing of auratopubens species group based S.auratopubens;the division characteristics of fujitai and cultellatum species group was discussed;The attribution of Uenostrongylium was discussed.5.Molecular data supports that the genus Stenochinus refferred to the tribe Cnodalonini from the tribe Stenochiini. |
