Efficiency Evaluation Of Port Logistics Enterprise Based On Improved Bootstrap DEA Tobit Model

Port logistics industry is the basic industry of national economy,which plays an important role in economic development.As the transportation hub of international trade and transportation,port is the frontier and window for the country to develop open economy.With the acceleration of one belt,one road,the port industry has gained better development opportunities.However,facing fierce competition,the transformation and development of port enterprises have attracted wide attention.Improving the efficiency of port logistics enterprises is of great importance to promoting the national economic growth.In order to improve the efficiency of port logistics enterprises,it is necessary to understand the current situation of port enterprise efficiency objectively and identify the key factors that affect the efficiency of port enterprises.By studying the efficiency and influencing factors of port logistics enterprises,this paper analyzes how to improve the efficiency of port enterprises by adjusting the investment degree and direction of resources.On this basis,it provides feasible management suggestions for the development of domestic port logistics enterprises,and promotes the development and transformation of Chinese port enterprises.Based on the operation data of 2018 and the in-depth analysis of the development status and characteristics of domestic port logistics industry,this paper constructs a reasonable input-output index system for port enterprises.Starting from the research theory and evaluation method of port logistics enterprise efficiency,this paper comprehensively analyzes the research status of port enterprise efficiency evaluation at home and abroad.Through in-depth study of data envelopment analysis model(DEA),based on the efficiency measurement of traditional DEA model for port enterprises,cross evaluation method is selected to avoid the defects of traditional DEA model.According to the efficiency value of port enterprise calculated by cross DEA model,the ideal decision-making unit and information entropy idea are introduced to fit,and the improved DEA model of port enterprise efficiency is constructed.Finally,the bootstrap sampling statistical method is introduced to improve the efficiency value of port enterprises,which has the problems of less data samples and limited distribution,so as to improve the accuracy of the efficiency value of port enterprises.Through the comparative analysis of the efficiency evaluation results of the above three models,the advantages of the improved bootstrap DEA model in the overall calculation and ranking are highlighted.Finally,through the combination of the improved model and Tobit cut-off regression model,the key factors affecting the efficiency of port enterprises are found out,and the direction and degree of the impact on efficiency are solved.Put forward management suggestions for port enterprises and the government.For the problems existing in domestic port logistics enterprises,this paper puts forward management suggestions based on the specific conditions of port efficiency influencing factors,promotes the development and transformation of port enterprises,and then improves the operation efficiency of port logistics industry.
