Research On Operational Efficiency Evaluation And Related Factors Of Third Party Logistics Enterprises Considering Cooperative Game

According to the survey data of global third-party logistics enterprises in recent seven years,it is found that the income of domestic excellent third-party logistics enterprises is slightly lower in the global ranking,and the number of domestic third-party logistics enterprises is large,but the number of high-level third-party logistics enterprises is small.With the large-scale development trend of domestic third-party logistics enterprises,the trend of manufacturing logistics outsourcing is obvious,and third-party logistics enterprises occupy an important position in the production,manufacturing and sales process,which is a profit source that cannot be ignored by manufacturing enterprises.Therefore,the thirdparty logistics enterprises have great prospects for development,but due to the lack of highlevel third-party logistics enterprises,the imbalance between supply and demand of specialized logistics services is obvious.Therefore,it is an important subject to improve the development level of third-party logistics enterprises by evaluating and analyzing the operational efficiency of third-party logistics enterprises and clarifying the path to improve the operational efficiency of third-party logistics enterprises.Firstly,this paper constructs a multi-agent cooperative game model based on cooperative game,obtains the equilibrium state solution by using Shapley value method,defines the factors that affect the stability of cooperative alliance,and determines the inputoutput index of the operational efficiency of third-party logistics enterprises with the total operating cost and net fixed assets as input variables,and the total operating income and the share of net profit within the alliance as output variables.Secondly,after defining the inputoutput variables,DEA-BCC model is used to calculate and evaluate the operating efficiency of nine selected third-party logistics enterprises cooperating with JD.COM Mall in recent12 years and analyze the redundancy of input indicators.It is found that the operating efficiency of sample enterprises fluctuated greatly in recent 12 years,especially in 2021,the comprehensive technical efficiency and pure technical efficiency both fell to the lowest value in 12 years,and at the same time,not only the number of enterprises with redundant input indicators was the largest,but also the redundancy rate was large.Then,in order to further analyze the relationship between each factor and the operational efficiency of the third-party logistics enterprises under the cooperative game,the PVAR model is used to make a pulse analysis of the operational efficiency of the third-party logistics enterprises in nine sample enterprises.It is found that the ratio of fixed investment of enterprises has the greatest influence on the operational efficiency of the third-party logistics enterprises,and both the total operating cost and human capital will have a positive effect on the operational efficiency of the third-party logistics enterprises,but the human capital will first hinder the operational efficiency of the third-party logistics enterprises and then turn it into a positive effect,so it needs to be guaranteed.Finally,from the perspective of government and enterprises,some suggestions are put forward to optimize the operational efficiency of thirdparty logistics enterprises under the cooperative game.
