Research On Logistics Efficiency Of Inner Mongolia Border Port Based On DEA

In the process of building China Mongolia Russia economic corridor,Inner Mongolia border port has become an important bridge to communicate with Mongolia and Russia.With the continuous promotion of the national opening strategy,as an important channel of the national "opening to the north",the border area of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region shoulders the important mission of becoming a logistics hub.The development of Inner Mongolia border port logistics is of great significance to the economic and trade of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region and other provinces and cities within its radiation range.With the location advantage of border port,it is an inevitable trend to drive the economic development of radiation area,and then promote the opening of Inner Mongolia.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the logistics industry of Inner Mongolia border port.The efficiency of logistics industry can directly reflect the development level of logistics industry,so this paper studies the efficiency of logistics industry in Inner Mongolia border port.Firstly,it introduces the related concepts of port logistics and efficiency,and summarizes the main research results of port logistics and logistics efficiency in the current period.Then the basic idea of DEA and Malmquist index method is described,and the principle of its model is introduced.Secondly,according to the characteristics of border ports,the paper selects Inner Mongolia land border port as the research object,and establishes the input-output index system of Inner Mongolia border port logistics.On this basis,the paper measures the efficiency of logistics industry in 10 selected target ports during 2012-2017,including comprehensive technical efficiency,pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency.It also uses Malmquist index method to measure the change of total factor productivity,and then compares and analyzes the logistics efficiency of Inner Mongolia border port from horizontal and vertical perspectives.Finally,according to the results of empirical analysis,combined with the actual situation of the current development of Inner Mongolia border port,this paper puts forward the development ideas of the proposed line,and puts forward relevant suggestions to improve the efficiency of port logistics.
