In recent years,the popularity of sports homework and social attention have continued to rise,and the state has successively issued a series of guidelines and policies on youth sports and health.Under the call of insisting on the connection of physical education classroom teaching and physical extracurricular sports,the author used the literature method to comb the research status of domestic and foreign high school students' sports homework.In-depth investigations and experimental interventions were conducted on the status quo of homework for physical education in some senior middle schools in Sanming City,with a total of 1151 people in the survey and research.The results of the implementation of homework for physical education in some senior middle schools in Sanming were compared,and relevant strategies for future development and improvement were put forward to make it more targeted,specialization and scientificity.The findings of the investigation are as follows:(1)Most students think that the difficulty of sports homework is at a medium or low level.The students who complete sports homework in communities and parks(149,31.24%)are the most;from the perspective of the frequency of completing sports homework on time,most Students complete physical homework on time with a higher frequency(96,36.23%),a higher degree of completion(110,41.51%),and a higher level of self-consciousness(166,62.64%);students do not have too much homework due to other subjects.The number of people who completed sports homework in time was the largest(126,90%).(2)Parents of students participate in sports homework mainly by helping count.However,both parties believe that in the process of students completing their homework for physical education,the participation of the parents of the student can help the student to complete the homework for physical education to an average level(293,64.78%).(3)The students who value sports homework(287,51.99%)and the largest number of parents(298,73.4%).Most students think that sports homework can improve sports performance(432,78.26%),but in their sports needs When they are not satisfied,they will not choose sports coaching institutions(462,83.7%).At the same time,students and parents agree that it is reasonable to arrange sports homework 3-4 times per week(354,74.43%),and that the willingness of each sports homework to be 15-30 minutes is reasonable(418,87.26%),and ball sports(Mainly badminton and basketball)are the most popular among students and parents(363,65.76%).(4)Most of the parents are too busy at work(139,34.32%)and lack of professional sports knowledge(136,33.58%),which sometimes makes them unable to supervise and accompany their children to complete sports homework.(5)Generally speaking,most families prefer sports(673,95.97%),and the frequency of exercise is 1-2 times a week(404,accounting for 42.17%);students rarely get sick(204,50.25%)),rarely get injured in sports activities(136,51.32%);most families have purchased related accidental injury insurance(391,58.27%),and the annual expenditure on sports is roughly 300-1000 yuan(233,57.39)%).(6)The degree of difficulty of sports homework and the frequency of parents' participation in sports homework will have a significant positive impact on the frequency of students completing sports homework on time(P<0.01);the frequency of parents' participation in sports will The degree of students' affection for sports has a significant negative impact relationship(P<0.01);the importance of parents on sports homework will have a significant positive impact on the role of parents in sports homework(P<0.01);The physical health of students will have a significant negative impact on the frequency of parents participating in sports homework(P<0.01).The results of the experimental intervention are as follows:(1)In terms of physical fitness evaluation,the experimental group and the control group showed differences in sitting forward bending scores,sitting forward bending scores,sit-ups/pull-ups scores and other indicators(P<0.05);in weight and BMI scores There were significant differences in indicators such as,50 m,50m scores,and total scores(P<0.01).(2)In terms of sports performance,the experimental group and the control group showed significant differences in volleyball forehand continuous two-handed passes,volleyball scores,badminton forehand backcourt high and long shots and other indicators(P<0.01);in forehand continuous two-handed There were differences in the indicators such as the total of pad ball,volleyball,high and long forehand,10 left and right lateral runs,and badminton scores(P<0.05).(3)In terms of comprehensive cultural scores,the experimental group and the control group showed differences in mathematics and biology scores(P<0.05).(4)The experimental group and the control group showed differences in the parent-child relationship in sports learning interest and school adaptation(P<0.05);in physical activity and school adaptation,the school attitude,emotional adaptation,group activity adaptation,teacher There were significant differences in overall relationship(intimacy and conflict),peer relationship,and school adaptation(P<0.01).
