With the promulgation and implementation of the General High School Sports and Health Curriculum Standard(2017)(hereinafter referred to as the Curriculum Standard(2017 Edition),the effects of the implementation of schools in various places are different according to their own development characteristics.Henan Province is a new country's first education population province,is an important part of the national education development,and Zhengzhou is the provincial capital city of Henan Province.It can provide reference for the reform of health and physical education curriculum in Zhengzhou senior high school.This paper uses literature data method,questionnaire survey method,interview method,observation method,mathematical and statistical methods,etc.,to investigate the implementation effect of 1617 high schools in Zhengzhou,analyze the problems and put forward corresponding suggestions.The research results show that Zhengzhou ordinary high schools according to the local conditions,as follows:1.Physical Education and health courses are not reasonable,that is,large classes;physical education and health courses are still occupied;the status of physical education and other ordinary subjects is unequal.2.Physical education teachers are reasonable,but the gender proportion structure is uneven,and the physical education teachers with higher education and professional titles are less;the site and equipment are perfect,but there are old phenomenon;the teaching materials are perfect.3.Class Standard(2017 Edition)has a wide training coverage,but there are physical education teachers who have not participated in the training.4 The school leaders support the Class Standard(2017 Edition),but do not have a clear understanding of it;physical education teachers do not understand it deeply enough;students have narrow ways.5.Teachers have a high implementation degree of the Class Standard(2017Edition).Teaching objective design and teaching content setting gradually consider the student interest;the teaching method combines the choice of students but lack of change without flexible use;the teaching means are optimized;the teaching evaluation gradually considers the student subjectivity;the teaching media is diversified and the combination with new information technology;the teaching organization selection;the implementation of teaching design is gradually strengthened;the learning design focuses on the play of student subjectivity.6 Students have good learning effect on Class Standard(2017 Edition),that is,students change from passive learning to active learning,learning effect gradually becomes better;the selection of learning and evaluation method is balanced,relatively comprehensive evaluation content,enhanced physical fitness but less social content setting;the number of extracurricular sports activities is small.For the shortcomings of the above implementation results,the following suggestions are put forward:1 Improve the management and supervision of physical education and health curriculum,and enhance the understanding that physical education and health curriculum learning is as important as other subjects.2 Improve the recruitment system of PE teachers,pay attention to the balance of gender structure of PE teachers,increase financial input,so that the venue,equipment and so on fully meet the teaching needs.3 To improve the quantity and quality of training in Curriculum Standard(2017Edition),expand the coverage of PE teachers' participation in training,and strengthen PE teachers' study of Curriculum Standard(2017 Edition)to guide teaching practice.4 Improve the school leaders' cognition of "Curriculum Standard(2017 Edition)",deepen the P.E.teachers' understanding of their spirit and broaden the channels of students' cognition.5 In order to improve the innovative spirit of PE teachers and ensure the diversity and variety of teaching methods,we should actively try other forms of teaching organization to stimulate students' interest in learning and meet the needs of students' physical and mental quality development.6 To balance the selection of students' learning evaluation content,actively promote the participation of extracurricular sports activities,and improve students' understanding of the importance of participating in extracurricular sports activities.
