Under the policy guidance of the "Healthy China 2030 Plan",the country is paying more and more attention to the development of youth sports education.As "Naxuanfeng" set off a tennis boom,the national senior high school entrance examination reform in 2020 will include tennis as a new item in the senior high school entrance examination sports reform,and more and more young people will join it.In recent years,many youth tennis clubs have emerged in Nanning.As an important way to promote tennis and help the development of youth tennis,the sound development of youth tennis clubs is of vital importance,and a scientific and reasonable operating model must be emphasized.The article uses literature data method,field survey method,questionnaire survey method,interview method,mathematical statistics method and other methods.Taking the operation mode of Nanning Youth Tennis Club as the research object,it conducts in-depth investigation and analysis of 8 youth tennis clubs in Nanning City.A representative youth tennis club analyzes the case.From the five dimensions of human resource management,marketing,venue facilities,information technology support and capital operation,it understands the current situation,potential problems and characteristics of the operation mode of the youth tennis club in Nanning,and puts forward them Optimization Strategy.Based on the status quo of the operation mode of the youth tennis and youth tennis clubs in Nanning,the following suggestions are made: 1.The government,the Sports Bureau,the Tennis Association and other relevant departments should use policy guidance to promote the high-quality development of the youth tennis and youth tennis clubs in Nanning;2.The Nanning Youth Tennis Club must understand the market demand and formulate an operating model that suits its own advantages;3.By standardizing the human resource management system,innovating marketing strategies,optimizing the allocation of venue resources,introducing modern technology platforms and equipment,and improving the level of capital operation,etc.,To solve the potential problems of the operation model of the Nanning Youth Tennis Club;4.Large,medium and small-scale Nanning Youth Tennis Clubs should use their strengths and avoid weaknesses to achieve high-quality development.
