Golf Club Informatization Implementation Research

At present, the golf clubs have develped rapidly. Relying on manual operation completely cannot meet the demand in this period. The effective application of computer management system can not only help golf clubs maxmize the resource utilization, but also apply the accurate business data for the managers to improve the management level. Most importantly, it can specify the operation process of golf clubs and optimize the approaches of functional departments.The managers pay more attention to the implementation of MIS by using system engineering methods. At first, this paper reviews the literature about the development and implementation methods of enterprise MIS. It presents the research contents of this paper. Then, it demonstrates and compares the principle and application steps of Hall model and WSR model. After that, this paper describes the present situation of informationization of golf clubs in China, finding some problems. This paper chooses the Hall model as the golf clubs’ informationization implementation method according to the characteristic of golf industry. Finally, it does some research on XXX golf club’s MIS implementation using this approach. It is proved to optimize the process of the information system and advance the results the implementation. At last,it improve the management more effectively.
