Research On The Current Situation And Path Optimization Of Tennis Referee Training In Henan Province

Tennis events in henan province are increasing,the scale is expanding day by day,not only to the tennis players of the technical and tactical requirements are more and more high,at the same time to the tennis referee's business ability and comprehensive quality also put forward higher requirements.Therefore,it is particularly important to optimize the training path of tennis referees in Henan Province and cultivate a team of professional referees.This study adopts literature method,investigation method,mathematical statistics method and logical analysis method,aiming to explore the optimization strategy of the training path of tennis referees in Henan Province,and to provide relevant theoretical and practical reference for tennis referees in Henan Province.Through interviews,this paper proposes the necessity of the training path for tennis referees in Henan Province,and formulates the questionnaire for tennis referees in Henan Province,analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the training path,and formulates the optimization plan for the training path.The research conclusions are as follows:Firstly,through the investigation and analysis of the current situation of the training of tennis referees in Henan Province,the following conclusions are drawn:from the basic situation of the referees,male referees are more than women,the age structure is younger,the referees are mainly undergraduate education,and the number of years of referees is proportional to the level of referees;From the perspective of the training and management of referees,the registration method is reasonable,the work notification channels are mainly online inquiry and introduction,the relevant evaluation and feedback standards are not perfect,and the training and assessment methods are theoretical and practical.Secondly,through the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the training path of tennis referees in Henan Province,the advantages are summarized as follows: the strong support and effective guidance of the relevant departments to the tennis referees;The rapid development of tennis competitions in Henan Province provides a practice platform for referees;Tennis teachers in Henan Province are strong and provide strong support for the training of referees.But there are also shortcomings:tennis referee publicity and promotion scope is narrow;The basic procedure of selecting and assigning referees needs to be improved.Referee training system and promotion process solidification;The work evaluation standard of tennis referees needs to be improved.Thirdly,there are four aspects that need to be optimized in the training path of tennis referees in Henan Province,which are publicity and promotion,tournament selection and assignment,talent training and evaluation standards.Combined with the actual situation of the development of the tennis referee,the concrete implementation plan is constructed.
