The Study On The Comparison Of "Shenzhen-Dongguan" Two Cities’ Tennis Clubs Present Management Situation Analysis And Countermeasures

With the rapid rise of China Women’s Network,China’s tennis has a place in the world of tennis.More and more people like to play tennis and join the army of tennis,at the same time,the tennis clubs have developed rapidly.How to improve the operation and management mode of the tennis club and meet the growing needs of the fans is a problem that tennis clubs need to face.In Guangdong Province,a pioneer of reform,with the rapid development of its economy,tennis clubs have sprung up like mushrooms,which plays an important role in shaping the people’s awareness of physical exercise and improving their physical fitness.However,the construction and development of the Guangdong provincial tennis club is still in an unbalanced situation and needs to be investigated,analyzed and resolved.The managers,coaches and consumers of the 12 tennis clubs are investigated.By using the method of literature retrieval,field survey,expert interview and mathematical statistics,we find out the advantages and disadvantages of the 12 tennis clubs.The aim of this paper is to provide theory references for the development of Guangdong tennis clubs to better promote the development of their tennis.Through investigation and research,it is found that:(1)The location of the Shenzhen tennis club is better than Dongguan,which is mainly located in the center between the districts(10 districts such as Nanshan District and Futian District).It has a wide geographical distribution and convenient transportation.It is close to the subway and public transportation,and is convenient for driving.(2)The Shenzhen tennis club has a wide range of sources of funding,mainly through fundraising by shareholders,which has certain guarantees.There will be no interruption of the capital chain,which will guarantee the start-up and operation of the club.(3)The Shenzhen tennis club has a large scale of operation,a large number of business types,and a relatively viable business model.It is worth learning from the Dongguan tennis club.(4)The fees for the two city tennis clubs are quite different.The Shenzhen Tennis Club has lower rents and the Dongguan City has higher prices.In Shenzhen,the club ’ s consumer income is high,and Dongguan’s consumer income is low.From the analysis of consumers’ economic ability,the fees for tennis courts in Dongguan are high,and the consumption pressure of fans is relatively high.(5)Both the city’s managers and coaches are mainly male,and the coaches’ qualifications are mainly undergraduate.The salary of the tennis coach in Dongguan is low.The motivation of the coaches of the two cities is mainly the personal interests and hobbies,and they are full of expectations for the development of the tennis club.(6)The professional distribution of tennis players in the two cities is mainly based on the management of the company.Such students have certain economic strength and pursue better physical fitness and higher level of spiritual enjoyment while satisfying the basic needs of life.Tennis is known as the aristocratic sport,and can quickly make a wide range of friends,which is undoubtedly a great attraction for office workers.(7)The operating advantages of Shenzhen tennis club are reflected in the advantages of management,the more stable strength of the coaching staff,the advantages of consumption and the advantages of the event.The operating advantages of Dongguan City Tennis Club are mainly reflected in the advantages of coaches’ satisfaction and the advantages of convenient transportation.(8)The joint operation disadvantage of the two city tennis clubs is that the gender ratio of male and female coaches is imbalanced,and they are all in a situation of less men and women,less promotion of clubs and poor environment of club equipment.The disadvantage of the Dongguan Tennis Club is that consumers have a higher level of single consumption and the coaches’ income level is low,which is not conducive to the introduction of coaching talents.Based on the above research results and existing problems,the following countermeasures are proposed: 1)Increase government support and enhance the hard strength of tennis clubs.2)Improve scientific management and standardize the operation of tennis clubs.3)Establish training and incentive mechanisms to improve the coaching staff.4)Adjust club fees and incentives to actively participate and Benign consumption.5)Strengthen the promotion of clubs and raise awareness of tennis.6)Train tennis reserve talents and promote tennis into primary and secondary schools.
